Atlas - One of only a few alliances capable of fielding 200+ caps solo, their space is pretty safe for the moment as attacking it will bring -A- and ROL to the party, a long and boring pos war awaits for both sides of the fight. White Noise - disbanded? Goonswarm - Incapable of doing much on their own, not enough pvpers to spread between their bikerides to the east and protecting delve from TRI. Systematic chaos - Capable stain people Stain Empire - Capable stain people C0ven - Capable stain people Brick Squad - Capable stain people AAA - Russians, Angry Russians capable of pulling huge numbers if their space is threatened, which it never is for that very reason. CVA - Good pvpers surrounded by morons in the form of pets, get props for being the only alliance remaining which tries to lure new players to 0.0, which is always a good thing Red Alliance - Never die, now being handheld by Goons and XIX, time will tell if they survive without them. Scorched Earth - Used to be able of pulling 150man fleets easy, switching sides and the following drama have wounded them. Don't seem to be able of doing much without ATLAS support lately. Kraftwerk - Disbanded? Legiunea Romana - Romulans with good pvpers - awful forum posters Solar Fleet/Wing - Were able to fight the NC to a withdrawal, lots of isk and renters but good pvpers nonetheless Legion of XXdeathXX - were told if they didn't help Goons that their space would be next, has boxed them into a hard situation. Able of fighting alliances many times their size easily. Cicle of Two - Pets and Carebears, don't do much else Intrepid Crossing - Dead Ethereal Dawn - Dying Shadow of XXdeathXX - Macros, Renters and training Alliance for Legion, have been pruned of the worst corps in recent weeks. Red Overlord - Like a russian PL, lots of isk and pvpers, like hotdrops and supporting TRI KIA - Can't understand how they are still alive, used to be good but have become bloated with carebears and aweful PVP'ers, much like AGGRO just before it cascaded.

TCF gangs usually give a gf, and if MH loses territory(which they are, sov-wise) TCF might get to expand a bit. Solar Fleet -- Solar lost a ton of caps to Mostly Harmless a few months back. That's pretty bad. SoT -- Pretty good. With the NC busy blobbing more direct threats, SoT gangs should have a pretty good chance of getting free kills in Cloud Ring. It's not piracy, its surprise PVP.

Atlas can learn a lot. C0ven - Brick Squad - AAA - Rionnag Alba is awesome, the rest of em are pretty hardcore too. I miss the daily fights in HED and D-G CVA (and pets) - Breeding ground for good PvP'ers because of the massive ammounts of engagements they see. Too bad they don't have the balls to challenge major alliances in low sec (or reclaim r64 moons for God, whatever). Rich as ** (NRDS works the same way shadow of death and solar wing make their masters wealthy). CVA has done more for this game than any alliance imo. Red Alliance - Scorched Earth - Kraftwerk - Legiunea Romana - Solar Fleet/Wing - Very goog at what they do, and drone wealth has made this a gutsy bunch of guys. Worthy foes. Too bad Daniel Grim has emorage issues. Legion of XXdeathXX - Have not been too impressed so far, but they obviously know how to stay out of trouble. Cicle of Two - Intrepid Crossing - Ethereal Dawn - Shadow of XXdeathXX - Actually have some fun guys. Are unnecessarily bad at PvP.
