So consider this a high sec carebear's perspective. Razor - I have a RL co-worker in there, seems like a good bunch of guys, but haven't heard much from them besides helping in the Delve campaign Morsus Mihi - Who? TCF - I don't know Mostly Harmless - Seems Harmless. Wildly inappropriate - I don't know. Cult of War - Keep not knowing PL - I invaded their space once in a condor. Also, gotta love some of the old Blood and Steel buds in there. Much <3 SoT - I don't know. I know PL is stronger then SoT, but from what I can tell if SoT and PL were to merge, it'd be about the same to me. Kenzoku's corporations - Aren't they in FW or something now? Triumvirate - I've seen their name, does that count? Minor Threat - Seems minor Atlas - I don't know. White Noise - Who? Goonswarm - Let's face it, goons fail so hard that they win, how can you hate that? Systematic chaos - Seems legit. Stain Empire - I don't know C0ven - I don't know Brick Squad - Brickin' it. AAA - From the COAD posts you would think that these guys were slacking off or something. But since they've been holding their space down pretty well despite fighting the goons, they're obviously not doing too bad. CVA - I have a lot of love for these guys just because they are actually doing what most 0.0 alliances couldn't accomplish. I guess it helps that they have crappy space, but even if people invaded them, from what I hear, it wouldn't be worth it. Red Alliance - Russians from what I hear. Scorched Earth - Seems like a horrible place to grow plants. Kraftwerk - Cheese? Legiunea Romana - Italians? Solar Fleet/Wing - First space military sounding name thus far. Legion of XXdeathXX - Did you all come from AIM? Cicle of Two - one too many? Intrepid Crossing - is this IRC? I can't keep track tbh Ethereal Dawn - RP'ers? Shadow of XXdeathXX - See above. Red Overlord - Russians? KIA - I see what you did there. That's the end. You can just equate most of the smart arse responses to me not knowing who they were. I mean, that's what I would do at least.

Mnemonic Failure Amarr Underworld Protection Agency	Posted - 2009.08.11 22:11:00 - [71] Razor - Backbone of the NC. Advanced diplomacy > fun and now pays the price. Morsus Mihi - NC that still has the will to fight. Too bad they haven't got anything worth fighting because anyone even remotely local and worthwhile is blue. TCF - Went north for carebearing. Mostly Harmless - Disappointing. MH talked about wanting to stand out and be recognized as their own independent power instead of just being an NC pet. They grew hugely, but then decided that really just being a pet was easier and gave up any semblance of independence. Wildly inappropriate - Riding NC coattails, but trying to make a stab at growing a bit on their own. Cult of War - Lots of guys who used to lose all their fights, now teaming up to be a local superblob. Bigger than anything near them so they 'successful' now in a pitiful fat sort of way. PL - Looking for fun, but not sure how to find it. Really wants to not give in and just be part of the current blobby napfest, but knows that if they go too far on separating out, they'll just get blobbed out as well. PL has some difficult choices to make this year. SoT - Oft-smacked PL friendly with more talent than most give them credit for. Kenzoku's corporations - Now learning what EVE is like for ordinary PvP corporations. Probably having more fun than they've had for a long time, but its rough on the ego as all your old foes smack you 24/7. Triumvirate - This incarnation of TRI has had a much longer lifespan than I ever would have guessed. Goes and stirs up trouble somewhere and enjoys the fights. Hasn't got the numbers to win the extended campaigns, but has more fun in the process than all the squatters they scare. Minor Threat - Seems to have already passed their peak and coming down again. Atlas - It really looked like Atlas was going to be a big player for a little while, but then their diplomacy failed and they crashed. I think they'll still stay a large group and be able to hold space like any other large group, but they won't be a serious mover and shaker. White Noise - Back to harassing people from NPC space. Had issues, and weaker than they used to be. Goonswarm - Looking for fun now that BoB is gone. Goons at least, are pretty good about finding something to do so I bet they'll manage to stay busy. Systematic chaos - Don't have a good feel for them. Stain Empire - They exist, sort of. C0ven - Still kicking after looking like they'd died. Brick Squad - Not really doing anything of note. AAA - These guys have a lot of potential and just never use it, at all. They skirmish with CVA a little bit, but don't seem to have the balls to just go for it. Why play EVE to just sit there? CVA - CVA already won their version of EVE long ago. Now they just sit around wishing someone would come attack them so they could have a purpose in life again. Red Alliance - Broken by internal leadership splits, they exist but not in an interesting fashion. Scorched Earth - Huge, but can't seem to accomplish anything. Constant internal pressure as they fail to perform again and again. Kraftwerk - Happy carebear group. Not really interested in you anyways. Legiunea Romana - Smaller group making a nice stab at life. Solar Fleet/Wing - Angry russians are scary, but they seem disrupted. I'm guessing internal politics has them off-balance. Legion of XXdeathXX - Aggressive and effective, for a mid-sized alliance these folks pack a punch. Cicle of Two - Insignificant NC pet. If you couldn't find a couple token members in random NC fleets you wouldn't know they existed at all. Intrepid Crossing - Crushed, again. Ethereal Dawn - Didn't they just lose too? Red Overlord - Seems to be the nastier combat chunks of old RA still on the move. Gets in fights, shows up in surprising places, fun. KIA - Really took advantage of the great war to get blued by the biggest people they could. Horribly fails to perform whenever forced to do anything on their own, so tries very hard to avoid this.

Pretty indicative of them as a whole. Kenzoku's corporations - A. DICE: The only one really doing anything relevant. Unfortunately for them they saddled with Babby and got steamrolled out of their house in Insomother B. RRK: Apparently moving to stain? Just looking for good fights I guess. C. EVOL: Some guy from them was running a BYRN gang last night, and got them all butchered. I didn't know they had people logging in anymore. D. Finfleet: No ones heard from them, and I don't think anyone cares. E. BNC: Faction warfare or something? Triumvirate - Farming KIA for kills. Will have a tougher time now that GFFL is back, which is the chunk of Goons who actually know what they are doing. Minor Threat - Despite switching sides to XXDEATH and RA, they have some growing pains, mostly dealing with RA's lack of communication. Should be funny to see if they switch back to Babby. Atlas - Oh babby. Without more competent FC's, they will fade quickly from relevance. They won't fight unless absolutely guaranteed of victory, which means they spend alot of time sitting in 0-W and bubbling their own gates. They were very interesting while everyone was in Querious doing other stuff, and they assimilated alot of territory quickly. Unfortunately, just general incompetence in diplomacy doomed their attempts at assembling their own coalition. I dunno, still have a shot to be something if their FC's grow nuts. White Noise - Unimportant russians who roam venal. Goonswarm - Really two entities right now. The Goonfleet Foreign Legion consists of those Goons that know how to PVP, and have been raping people silly in Scalding Pass and Wicked Creek till they were recalled to Delve, and the Delve Goons who basically just rat and die horribly in awful waves to Tri. :DBRB: Systematic chaos - Irrelevant entity that does nothing but carebear anymore. Was part of the Kenzoku napfest for awhile, till they got bored. Stain Empire - Same thing as SYSK. They hopped on the Kenzoku bandwagon in 49u, but after the month long slugfest were never seen again. Basically doing nothing at all right now. C0ven - Exact same entity as SE, different name. Brick Squad - Fun guys, always go all out in their gangs. Will engage even if outnumbered and give a good fight. AAA - If Atlas dropped the ball with their diplomatic words, AAA did it with their actions. Instead of setting up self sufficient alliances for their coalition, AAA grabbed every moon they could get their hands on, and left folks like BYRN suffer with very little income. CVA - Unchanged as ever. Good at locking down an area with a mega blob against roaming gangs, incredibly bad at any else. Red Alliance - Back from the brink of destruction again. Struggling with trying to become what they once were, but will be doomed to mediocrity without good communication with their allies. Scorched Earth - Doomed to die horribly. No talent here. Kraftwerk - Closed. Most corps joined ZAF Legiunea Romana - ROMULANS Solar Fleet/Wing - Decent pvp'ers. If caps could get to their space easily, they'd have more fights. Legion of XXdeathXX - Saved RA, destroyed ED/IRC. Small alliance with big talent Cicle of Two - Ratters Intrepid Crossing - Dead Ethereal Dawn - Dead Shadow of XXdeathXX - Renters Red Overlord - Aluminum tycoon. Biggest cheats in the game. Hello EBAY KIA - Tri will either sharpen them, or they'll failcascade.
