Investment Details
Im looking for a investment in a trading scheme I am looking to launch, This is in a very specialised market area which i have been monitoring for the last few weeks in a remote area of space. This will involve a trade which should take no more than 14 days to show a nice profit.
Any amount about 100m will be guaranteed returns of 10% over 14 days or 15% over a period of 21 days from the date of Isk transfer (to keep it smimple investment is to be made in 100m increments
I am not willing to divulge the area or items in question, but i am willing to say that both buy and sell orders are confirmed already with other corps, with me as a middleman.
About me
I have been playing eve for over a year, and although i am not a trader as such, this is mainly due to not having the isk to start such a large operation
I have assets totalling around a Billion isk scattered around, including battleships, rigged hulks etc
This investment is not connected to my corp in anyway and will be purely a solo affair, freigher pilots will be from other "specific freight corps"
Why am I doing this?
Purely because i have been following the market for a while and having spoke to a few corps i have managed to create a profit for my services with 1 corp providing the goods and another purchasing them. Although i do have the assets to start this on a smaller scale, I would love to make this into a bigger thing.
Risks
The only risk here is one of trust, Due to the items/prices involved i can honestly say i can meet all of the payouts easily, as the 14 day period would allow me to meet all needed buy/sell orders - but the 21 day period would let these all conclude. Although i understand that this is my first investment request, please appreciate that everyone has to start somewhere! (hense the low buy in)

To be completely honest, I do not feel that you have given enough information for me to part with my hard earned ISK. I am not willing to pay 100 Million ISK with such little information and no audit of said assets.
This is my feelings on the matter, not necessarily that of others. I spread my investments as diversity it key and 100M is too risky for me in this case. With the amount of information that I have about this Bond, I would however offer you up to 25 Million. 50 Million if you get an audit.
Please don't take this as flame, more like an opportunity for you to prove to MD, myself and the rest of the community that you are worht investing in.

I mostly scan these forums at work, so you might not see me online.
Well as you are starting out, read this, especially the IPO/Bond section and waht you should do to get started there.

Of course, get an audit done, there is a link in there about Auditing too..
The next question is going to be, why ask for a Bond, when for the terms of the Bond, you could get a better loan from one of the banks? Without solid evidence that you are trying something out, this could be seen as you not having the backing for the credit rating. Or that you didn;t knwo the banks offered loans..
Building a reputation is never going to be easy, read this, it will help, maybe..

Take a look at this list of IPOs/Bonds/etc from a while back, it shows the sorts of things that people look at. Risk, reputation, history etc.. No one is just going to give you their entire wallet.
After saying all that, I've been calculating the risk myself for my situation. Everyone calculates risk differently, as I have said I spread my risk through smaller, but higher number of investments (much like my RL investments). Risk is calculated and an appropriate figure for that risk is nominated.
Here is my offer. I'll loan you 25M for 10% over a 21 day period.

OP, don't you feel it's a bit irrespectful and naive to not bother reading stickies and "common practices" before you put out ... this "thing" (I can't honestly call it prospectus)?
Even the best plan is moot without proper presentation and packaging. Expecially if it comes out as the first attempt in life.

It isn't difficult to give specific details of your plan without giving away 'secret' information.

I don't see any information stating how much of an investment you're still looking for; nor do you give any mention of collateral (whether or not there will be any, etc). I'd be interested in investing at least a small sum with you, given the high rate of return you stated.. but I'd like to know how much you still need -and- if you're going to be backing up that number with at least a partial collateral of spare hulks or BSs or some such.

Lol pointing out the weaknesses of an offering is not trashing. Its either for the OP to respond to and fix or explain, or for potential investors to be aware of if they are considering investment.
In short this OP and thread has red flags all over it.
In anycase, I wish you success on your investment, same to anyone else who invested. I just wouldn't expect it.
