People that used to Pirate think current 'Pirates' are useless gatecamping lazy PvP'ers. Pirates gatecamping would love to pirate in other ways, but they go where the targets are. Old School GM's wonders how much more Carebear they can make EVE before they lose the vets. Marketing doesnt give a **, they dont play the game and look, subscriptions are up. Thats good right? I'm so ing bitter. I wish all those Devs responsible (and you know who you are, martyring good design in a misguided chase after the only metric of success your bosses understand) for the current state of EVE, a long and prosperous life with no sudden and violently ironic embarrassing accidents whatsoever. I hope you all live long and fulfilling lives, marry your childhood sweetheart and not have her turn into a sagging harpy within a few short years during which you spend realizing your father is disappointed in you and your life is a banal tribute to the lowest common denominator.
