The Amarr Milita engaged 3 minmatar capitals plus support at approx 19:30 eve time, total kills are still being collated, but 2 thanatos and a moros are confirmed along with approcametly 60 support ships, losses stand at 9, largest lost so far confirmed is a drake.
GF to all concerned.

A tribal Thanatos was caught at a gate, fast tackle engaged as the main BS force warped in. The Battleships engaged at approxemtly 45 km from the gate. Almost immediatly the minmatar support fleet jumped into system and began to engage, we shifted fire onto the support fleet destroying logisitcs and e-war as a priority. At this point a cyno was deployed and the second Thanatos jumped in. The initial tribal support fleet was destroyed on the field, another fleet then started to jump in, and the Moros came on field. Our support then engaged the cruisers and frigates, the BS continued to focus on the capital ships.
We believe the haulers where bringing cap booster charges for the minmatar support BS.

Cap boosters make perfect sense when cap recharge is not sufficient to run what you want to run. Question is if its worth it on a Triage setup that generally sucks more cap than anything else in the world.
Telling people not to warp in is one of those hard to make calls that few FCs are able/willing to make. Saving countless <BS ships at the expense of a few caps is not something to be done on a whim. Much better to gather a small force and warp in together. From the numbers I hear mentioned Amarr would be able to insta-gib anything coming in so any single ships warping in would end up as killboard padding with no other effect.
Ah it wasn't the FC. The FC was saying "Get back here, get back here in anything and kill the tacklers". At this point this guy in militia is saying "They hold the field. There's like 60 amarr ships and three of our caps. Organise before you go in."
He was even trying to get someone to FC it. Now we already had an FC but they were in one of the caps and didn't seem to have a clear perspective on what was happening off the field (I remember a lot of trying to organise exit cynos and haulers with stront and cap boosters) and all I saw on the gate was light stuff.
The FC after the fight decided that the guy in militia had told people not to come causing us to lose the figh and caps and at that point a huge row broke out with name calling etc. (as you'd imagine).
Respect to the guy who had the balls to call it, if you had come in in dribs and drabs we would have got even more kills.
