Yung Mi Caldari Radically Awesome People Eaters NIght's Dawn	Posted - 2009.08.16 23:53:00 - [1] step one: spam forums step two: have space handed to you by an existing "super power" and/or coalition of "friends" step three: spam forums step four: come under attack from a smaller entity step five: spam forums step six: start losing step seven: (yes you guessed it) spam forums step eight: stop fighting this smaller (and allegedly worse entity as CLEARLY indicated by the amount of space they hold!) step nine: spam forums step ten: wait until your "friends" and or master alliance start bringing 4 to 5 times the numbers of the smaller entity. step eleven: spam forums step twelve: send token forces of 5 - 6 to join the fleets of your "coalition" step thirteen: spam forums step fourteen: congratulations, you are now "good" at this game and deserve to own the space you claim makes you better than other people. step fifteen: for good measure spam forums about it.

ATLAS??? more like minor thread. at least this part how they get own space! but you should improve this list, some of those steps are optional and some should be added: ie change your masters etc...
