Those are most likely CCP employees testing the patch. It happens every time if you've been around the previous patches.

That last statement is pretty unintelligent.
The United Kingdom is under BST which is affected by daylight savings. It's not always GMT+0.

not really, you have to pay each month to help fund the development of eve. otherwise it would be a one off payment to play eve.
Whilst other games don't (note: sarcasm) charge you subscriptions plus the fee for the expansions?
This is my first experience on a forum/message-board and I gotta say it's exactly what I imagined - disappointing.

you may have to pay a monthly fee, but what he is obviously referring to is another, less fun, MMORPG called [redacted] that makes you pay $30US when they release a new expansion instead of giving them to you for no more that the monthly rate you already pay.
sounds like something i wouldnt pay to play.
Then stop moaning for a few hours of not being able to play so that they can implement free(maybe the second time around you'll catch the italics) updates.
