Do you honestly think they aren't trying to fix it? You want to know why no CCP staff are posting on the forum? Uhh, maybe because they are all working on fixing it?
I'd love to see you run a game without any bugs glitches 24/7 without any unpredicted downtime...

No, the forum is GMT.
Britain and some countries are now in daylight saving time. British time = BST (GMT + 1). EVE time now is 17.29. Another hour ladies.

No, London is NOT currently GMT.
If you'd care to look here you will see the current time in GMT and the current time in BST (which the UK is now operating in).

Takes time to configure and start the servers, just like any regular downtime. They may still be working on that database problem. The patch is a whole other thing.

I'll explain one more time for the benefit of people who do not read previous posts. It is NOT 18.05 GMT, it is 17.05 GMT. Look here for current GMT and BST time. 25 minutes to go people, just calm down and get on with your lives.

BST is British Summe Time.
It begins at one o'clock, Greenwich mean time, in the morning of the last Sunday in March and ends at one o'clock, Greenwich mean time, in the morning of the last Sunday in October.
