12000armor, lowest resist 60% (explo). 48k EHP. Add slave set + akemon for hilarious hitpoints.
My thoughts on the ship was:
If I want to go with buffer - I'd fly a Harbinger - it has more capacity for tank (1600 + 3x trimarks).
I figure - if I'm flying a cruiser over the BC - I may as well use the agility and speed advantage. Hence the rep over the plate. I would stay at ~20km and use superior speed to stay out of harms way.

Pretty mean against other cruisers in the duels ive gotten in, not much luck finding cruisers in lowsec though
Can tank gateguns for long enough to kill industrials, dessies and frigs and scoop the loot
Use it every now and then
Edit: Those numbers are with my skills, not with All V's
I feel like people will just get away from a ship with no MWD and no web.
Also - why not use 2x nano accelerators and 1x aux nano pump for max active rep efficiency?
I went with the laser rigs on the FMP to get their range to match up with the disruptor range better.

where in the world do you fly?
That's what I was thinking. Maybe I should go there to pad up the killboard.

Why are you guys suggesting plate or trimark tanks?
If I want gank and buffer I'll fly a plated+trimark Harbinger - it will do more dps and take way more damage.
I'm trying to take the advantage of a cruiser sized ship over a battlecruiser - speed and agility. Both of which get nerfed by armor buffer tanks.
I'm not under the illusion that a single MAR will provide enough tank - that's why I would try to stay out of web/scram range - to lower incoming DPS. I'm basically using the MAR to mitigate some incoming damage and to repair between fights - I do this and still maintain the cruiser class agility+speed advantage.
Sure a plated trimarks Omen Navy issue will have more tank than my MAR setup - but then again I may as well fly a Harbinger.
I want a speedy and agile ganky boat.

You need a neutralizer; small or medium, either will do. A single AB frigate with more than 100-120dps will tear you apart, it just need to kill 3 warriors and the remaining two can be tanked with little effort.
If you lack fittings you might look into using a small booster. This is provided that you aim to pulse the MWD and Rep when needed, if you rely on them running a lot the medium booster is required.
That's a big IF - how fast does your AB Slicer go?
Why is a plated setup better than a MAR setup vs your Slicer? Either setup cant fit a web so its equally screwed vs tackler frigs.
I don't plan on this being a solo pvp ship that engages everything in sight. I could come up with a scenario for any ship fit that would doom it - giving one example of a bad situatino for a ship fit doesn't mean it sucks.
