Well seems I'm out of luck too - got 9 agents spread over 2 accounts and nada - zip - nuthin'
And yeah seems to me several people are getting multiple BPO's.. Yeah it would be said by CCP that 'It's Random', but in there somewhere has to be a form of non-randomness for people to be getting more offers than just one, I onow for one that the creation of a 'Truely Random' code generation is nigh on impossible, eventually no matter how random it looks there is eventually a pattern.
We have around 20 active accounts in our corp and the majority (80%) have research agents on the go, and not one of us have any BPO since the release of it - around 10 months by my reckoning. (Castor was deplyed December last year).. so we have to be THE most unlucky corp in existance - the only tech 2 BPO we got our hands on was from another corp

Mjol, I totally agree and you seem to enhance my view of things as siad above - you have over 100k with 5 agents and yes it does suck to similar levels with my 9 - it does suck to see the rich getting richer and the poor poorer, but hey thats how RL is after all.. but then again this is just a game - isn't it
