Armor small and med bpo rigs have not been seeded anywhere(Sinq laison anyway).
Also astronautic rigs are seeded weakly compared to the rest(only 6 stations serving up the bpos compared to 20+ for the other rig types)

For the ambitious ones out there, go around, collect them all and sell them in jita as a full Small/Medium Rig packs.
NO, Armor medium and small rigs are not seeded at all, zip, nada. The other rigs are spread out but no region has the armor rigs.

Wow, Astronautic rig bpos small and medium have now failed to be seeded in everyshore at least, armor rigs are the same.

They are seeded properly at the same NPC corp stations as the original large rig blueprints are.
To give locations of the most common complaints here:
- armor rig blueprints : amarr space (domain/tash murkon region for example)
- drone/hybrid weapon/electronic superiority rig blueprints : Gallente space (everyshore/essence region for example)
- astronautic rig blueprints : Minmatar space - (heimatar/metropolis region).
It is typically the science corps which seed the blueprints so check the stations of the following corps:
Amarr NPC Corps
- Viziam
- Cartham Conglomerate
- Khanid Innovation
Caldari NPC Corps
- Ishukone Corporation
- Kaalakiota Corporation
- Lai Dai Corporation
Gallente NPC Corps
- CreoDron
- Duvolle Laboratories
- Roden Shipyards
Minmatar NPC Corps
- Boundless Creation
- Core Complexion
- Thukker Mix
Also ensure you have "show only available" ticked when looking for them in the regional markets.
I find it funny that Gallente that are armor tankers have the rig bpos they need spawn in Amarr space, while Gallente has shield rig bpos spawn that aren't even used by Galleteans but by Caldari/Minmatar.
