Those of you who are experiencing problems, can you please specify:
* Manual or Autopatch? * What build number did you patch from? * Filename of the download: (Can be found here: /Users/username/Library/Preferences/Eve Online Preferences/p_drive/Local Settings/Application Data/CCP/EVE/c_program_files_ccp_eve_tranquility) * Did you modify any files of the install? Config files? Preferences? |

We're currently working on resolving this issue. While you wait, please delete the downloaded file (evepremiumpatch94168-99186-mac.tgz) located here:
/Users/username/Library/Preferences/Eve Online Preferences/p_drive/Local Settings/Application Data/CCP/EVE/c_program_files_ccp_eve_tranquility/Cache

I'd like to remind people of the "OS X" channel ingame. I'm there to answer questions for those of you who are already ingame.
We're hoping to be close to a resolution to this problem. We're still working on it.

Did not know about that channel...thanks Casqade.
Out of curiosity, if you are a mac person, did the machine you patched work?
Why was this not tested on different mac setups?
We're still looking into what happened, I rather know what happened before I explain it to you.

Hi,
We're currently taking Tranquility down for a reboot. When it is back up, you will be able to patch again and log in.
Before you log in next time:
Please make sure you have deleted the patch (evepremiumpatch94168-99186-mac.tgz) located here:
/Users/username/Library/Preferences/Eve Online Preferences/p_drive/Local Settings/Application Data/CCP/EVE/c_program_files_ccp_eve_tranquility/Cache

The reason for the previous estimate of the patch being available after the server reboot being wrong, was that we ran into a another problem distributing the patch.
It is still being worked on.
