CCP it has been 3 days and you have not repsonded to my petition. I have account issues, I've paid for this months subscription 2 times and it will not let me log into my account.
STOP IGNORING ME AND RESPOND TO MY PETITION!
It won't let me log into the forums with my main account.
CCP GET OFF YOUR LAZY BUTTS AND PROVIDED SOME SERIVCE TO THE PEOPLE THAT KEEP YOU EMPLOYEED

Crying on the forums isn't going to help you one bit. You will have to wait while CCP works through the petitions and sorts out your issue.

Its not crying on the forums, Its asking to get the service that i'm paying for.
Any other company would consider it an important matter.
After 3 days of being ignored people get upset. That they are not getting what they are paying for.

It took me 4 or 5 days to get a response to an account payment related issue.
Was fixed to my satisfaction. I think the only have certain folks who are allowed to muck about with credit cards etc....I hope anyway.

I have had problems logging onto the game and what did I do? I filed a petition and when I didn't get an immediate response I *gasp* went about my business until I got a response. I didn't come onto the forums crying about how bad the petition system is because, quite frankly, I have never had a problem with them. I feel that if you make your petitions readable and friendly you are more likely to get a response faster than people that yell or "spk lik dis" because there are people at the other end of the petitions.
Oh, and one last thing, ad hominem attacks make you look stupid.

Thanks for the support, This message is after 3 days of no response to a petition that you would think would be of high priority.
Its frustrating to have double paid for your account but not be able to use the service you paid for.
Its like going to a gas station and pumping 28 bucks worth of gas then drive away and see your still on empty. Then waiting 3 days to either get your gas or your money back.
Everyone replying with "oh stop whinning or he is a whiner" must be 10 years old and never actually paid for something themselves.
Yes my first post to ccp was polite and readable, after 3 days it was belligerent and annoying. Thats what happens when you ignore customers, anyone who has worked knows that. So everyone who is still in middle school shut your crap hole

or maybe you could relax and understand that on and around patch days, those guys are working pretty hard and sometimes it takes a little extra time for them to get stuff done. And the nicer you are to them, the more likely you get the response you want...its kinda like you dont smacktalk the guy in the drivethru at the fast food place, as spit is not a condiment. At least not on any menu I want to eat from. Be nice, it pays.
But I still want you to contract me your stuff. That part I was totally serious about.

i completly agree attrytion i pay for my own account and i would be ****ed if it took them 3 or 4 days to reply to an issue like that now it did take them a week to reply to a pettiton i had once about how to close a corp but one i figured it out before they responded and two it was on a toon that i dont realy play on but either way a petition like that is less important than a petetion about paying for your acount and not being able to use it.

do you guys know anything about customer service. there are prioreties and when something arises that risks losing a customer you do everything in your power to prevent losing that customer.
because if you lose one customer that person will in turn tell other people bad things about your company and in turn those people will tell more people bad things about your company.
if you have ever seen payit forward it like that but with a bad reaction not a good one.

I would like to know why this is considered to by crying by most people. beacue for starters he is haveing to post this thread under a second account seeing as if you cant log into eve you cant log into the forums. and for the people that do call this crying i have a strong fealing that you would to beacuse if you thing about it if you could not log onto your account to play eve or post in the forums your life would suddenly come to a stand still beacuse you have taken the time to pay for this game and work for it then it all stops beacue CCP canot fix the problem. and for the rest of you that dont pay for the game and feal the need to basicaly ***** at other player's problems you should grow some balls, and realise the forums are not to ***** at eachother it is to try and make this game better by finding problems that CCP need to fix.

Partly what is wrong with the US health care too, so many people going to the emergency room because their head hurts or they have a cough. wasted time and money on the stupid. haha

Look at it this way: if they haven't answered yet, they're probably formulating a response that has absolutely nothing to do with your petition question. :) See, it's a win-win! They haven't responded AND you haven't gotten a completely non-responsive response!!
