It started about a week ago and well ofcourse I petioned it. Then I waited...and waited no response or anything from CCP. Luckily after patch I managed log in, maybe they did fix it or just rebooting all systems due patch. Anyway it would be nice get some responses from these guys if you petion something.

Then even if they refund your card right now, you still won't get the money back until the middle of next week as your bank (who issued the card) will hold the refund for 3-5 business and collect intrest in a holding account until transfered to your account. Sorry Bro.
