I think it was a mix of both, really. First, EXE were ordered to evac and relocate to Querious, and then they were later ordered to defend PB instead of abandoning it. At that point, the whole cycling of the jammer happened and ZAF, KIA and MM rolled in and cracked the sov 4. In all honesty, it probably would have taken longer if they had just abandoned it. Or at the very least, not ****ed with the jammer.
