We don't want to claim CR or take CR back from NORAD, we just want to live in it in peace with our NORAD friends, as before. The only thing we ask is THEMM & co to leave the region (but to stay in NORAD), and change radically their politics and different policies (pvp action, recruitement, alliance market, security): described in NORAD forums
We don't care about stations at the moment, we're only asking for a docking right and access to production slots.
Once again, NM/CFC/CDA are not at war with NORAD, but with THEMM and their "academy" ATHEM. Here is the (updated) list of who is considered as kos for us: - THEMM - ATHEM - R.INC
We won't shoot at neutrals NORAD corps, never, and only fire back if attacked. If a corp which was neutral opens fire on NM/CFC/CDA, it will instantly be added to our kos list.

So like your basically angry at us cuz we have some old pirates and had a few security breachs. Secondly we (NORAD) had a now confirmed spy/traitor in our midst for quite awhile who just left for DIRTY SANCHEZ and guess what they weren't even in THEMM. So pick on someone else mmmmmmmmm....kay! And yes I was by your obviously out dated standards a pirate. And yes I have a few infamous pirate friends but does that mean I betray NORAD to them NO. Some people (Even Pirates) have a code of honor. Cao Cao was a great example of that and I have alot more to support that claim, but at the end of the day it really doesn't matter since Piracy died the moment Sentry Guns and Concord were put in 0.4 and below.
Now the issuse of recruiting "Pirates" hs been argued over and over again and it always turns into a kindergarten school ground shouting match with both sides saying they are right. The truth is we do recruit some former "pirates" but we do so with the intent of sort of rehabilitating them. Now some may say this is a tad naieve. And to a point they are right but I think thats needed to change things in this game for the better if you are not in a corp that allows for change and learning you will stagnate and slowly die. Now in the process of rehabilitating "pirates" we had failed and we have prevailed. Some of our most loyal members were one time CA/C4 members. Now since this is the original corp that introduced me to 0.0 politics and to PVP, I have taken this fiasco somewhat personally,I hold a deep loyalty to THEMM and whatever they chose to do I will comply with. But in all honesty for every reason given I hold them of the opinion that they are not only a assnine joke but some silly way to gain sympathy, you spammed the council meeting not a minute befor you sneak attacked the roid belts and production factories of XZH. You did not try to find a peaceful way out of this, you did not sit down and talk it out you made a choice to betray people who would have gladly worked with you and many who once considered you friends for political which at the end of the day it comes down to. Were you thinking something along the lines "While the cats away the mice can play". I mean I find it funny that you pull this a month after BNC leaves, you plotted this thing the percision shows it, you no longer had a military titan like BNC to be affraid of striking back at you so you pull this stunt. Well now it has back fired on you and from the best I can assess NORAD has booted your 3 corps and backs us. I will leave you to decide where you first went wrong but in my belief it maybe the moment you thought we would roll over and play dead for you.
Please stop being a third rate flamer,I am tired of reactivating my account just to kick your ass. |

Dont worry Jonny, we know BNC has nothing to do with this. We know it because we know Nemesis asked BNC if you will stay neutral when Nemesis attack NORAD. _____________

While not the best of PvP corps to grace EVE, Nemisis where the main corp to provide any resistance while we(m0o) payed our little visits up in the Cloud ring. I wish Nemesis the best of luck, against the rest of the lamers that sit and hide in xzh.

This matter is no business of mine, but I'd like to offer some advice from an experienced POV.
You CANNOT have a war between 2 corporations in the same alliance. Period. It simply doesn't work because concious of it or not, you are forcing all of your fellow alliance corps to choose sides. And that is completely selfish and unfair to those not in conflict. Also, If one corp manages to remove another corp from the alliance by kicking their teeth in, how comfortable do you think the rest of the alliance will feel towards a corp that now knows they can destroy an alliance partner and get away with it?
You want to kill an alliance from the inside? Let 2 member corps go to war. |

You dont understand. Noone ever said that Nemesis did not do a lot for NORAD. But even the emperor has to respect his own laws. So does Nemesis - as a former NORAD corp - respect NORAD rules and council decisions. Such a behavior is bringing us back to Umlats days, when one corp tryed to dictate what is good and what is wrong - this is what Nemesis and other former NORAD corps were fighting against a year ago.
Akan knows that he cant force Nemesis will on NORAD by attacking a NORAD corp. He also knows that when one of NORAD corps gets attacked, all will respond. So his statement about not shooting neutral corps is nonsence, because there are no neutral corps. There are only NORAD and non-NORAD. If Nemesis dont want to claim CR, all this summed up means, that there is no win-situation for Nemesis. The only thing they can achieve is that they will force NORAD to pull off CR. There will be no more TheMM in CR, but there will be no NORAD either. And Nemesis will still be on NORAD KOS list. Is this what you want Nemesis? The only way to achieve what they claim to wish to achieve - change in NORAD policy - is to sit and talk to the NORAD council.

In no case we want to push a dicdat in NORAD, the only thing we are asking for is: discipline, and especially for THEMM. Actually, THEMM got a "special status" in NORAD which does that nobody says what they think and nobody wants to denounce the problems they are bringing into NORAD. This is what we want to change.

what "special status" does my corp have? it has always follow the ruling of the norad council and we never hold ourself as special. if any norad members have issues about corp members or the corp itself, youre always free to talk to the directors/officers.

Funny how you guys talk about "discipline". You were the people to give TheMM a 10sec warning (a statement that took at least 30sec to read) before you started blasting away. You didn't even bring your issues up at any of the forums/meetings.
You just started blasting and demanding. Ignorant and retarded to even think NORAD would accept that at any level. And even though you could see that the rest of NORAD disagreed with you and didn't accept your actions - you keept demanding new things.
And as someone else said (and I've have too): If you attack 1 corp in NORAD, you attack NORAD - and NORAD will attack you, all of us.
If you really wanted to live in peace with the rest of NORAD, you would leave our space without attacking members any more. You guys know the rules and how things work - You've been with us for months, so you should.
Right up untill Sunday evening it was a pleasure to fly with you, but I'm sad to see things go this way. If you had just tried the peacefull way first, things would have looked so much more different.
Note: This post is not a "NORAD Statement" of any kind - just my personal thoughts.
