that cant work though, as they would have made no isk rendering it all pointless, no isk changed hands thus all that happened is 3 different people held the ship, then it returned back to the owner.
a 3rd party should not let things like "how he got the ship" make any impact on the transaction he is meant to be carrying out, If after saying this, i bought a ticket in this lotto, how do i know he wont just decide i should not have the ship? like he did in the last auction.

There's a slight difference between scamming someone because they have a different belief than you and returning stolen goods back to the victim.
I trust f9 more now that he has shown he won't be an accomplice for stolen goods, whereas Chribba will peddle your stolen items aslong as he gets a cut.
thats what a 3rd party is MEANT to do! f9 was just getting his rep level up, getting in on some of the big cuts, if you agree, or disagree with the actions in this auction i think he will now lose out on alot of trade.
as maybe he done the right thing, BUT, who is going to want someone to judge if how they got the items is right or wrong? its all right, as its a totally valid style of play.

I would also call someone a fool who trusts a 3rd party service that is not a neutral party.. a fool is anyone disagreeing the person who thinks it, so no real point in name calling!
