Update is as follows, 1st Avatar that was secured for this lottery was lost in battle, after that I decided just to get one built (at my cost) so I would not have to worry about not having a Titan or buying one. Worst case was I either use it myself or sell it and made a nice profit.
Over the past few weeks, since my last post on here with the status I have received lots of mails with support to keep it going, I am willing to use the Titan and lower the minimum tickets to what my cost was for it. But again all comes down to people need to buy tickets. Some ticket holders from Torn's Titan lottery have asked if I will going to keep a Titan as 1st prize and if I was they would buy tickets.
I'll figure out what my costs where and lower the minimum tickets that need to sell. After that if there is good support IE people are buying tickets I'll keep it running. If not I will close it out within 2 weeks and just use the GV as 1st prize since it's worth 10bil more then what I paid for it. The winner should be able to sell it for 25-30bil, if they choose to go that route.

At your current minimum ticket number, do you still intend to include all of the secondary prizes? (Carriers, GV, etc) If so, wouldn't you be running this Lottery at a loss to yourself?
and if that's the case...Why hasn't this auction already sold out? Statistically speaking, you -cannot- go wrong with that, lol. Too good to be true :)

Correct
As mentioned above Titan was built at my cost, GV was bought sometime ago ( well before the prices there at now), and as for the carriers they will be built for me from the same person who supplied them for the SOE2 lotto, IE Cheap.
I'm not making a huge profit from running this lottery, that was never the intention. Intention is the give people a fair chance of winning a Titan or GV since most lottery's do not give that + as always I do not mind helping people out who are willing to take a chance on winning.
