Maybe I'm a complete ******... but what is the max amount of tickets? Or are you just running until you're happy with the amount raised?
I think I read the rules twice now but did not find the max tickets?

It's listed at 11000 tickets on http://www.shipsofeve.com/titan/ I will do my very best to cap it at 11000 or just little over that since I might not be online at that time to close it.

however i cant find information on what happens if that

Also, could someone please clarify what happens when the person wins the Items? It's not so much hassle for the GVexor, or the carriers.
The transfer of the Avatar Titan could be a hassle if they can't fly it for example. Are you willing to hold it for a certain amount of time as Chribba does, or hold a firesale where the winner takes 100% of the isk raised?

Correct Phoenix, as I said in my post above some options can be made available for the winner, I'd rather winner just take the Avatar, but of course I understand that not everyone can fly a Avatar, so I would be open to whatever options (within reason) to make the winner happy, IE fire sale /ISK offer from myself / or hold the Titan for a certain amount of time.

Hi, all this information is on the website under the rules menu(Which are common for all lottos hosted (ingame or on my website) or run by me).
-There shall be a set time for each lottery.
-There shall overtime if the minimum ticket amount is not reached. Overtime can be no longer than 7 days, and as soon as the minimum ticket is reached during overtime the lottery ends.

The rules on the website have been edited and are now easier to understand :)
Most of the rules are common to my lottos and F9s, I have made the ones that are different obvious.

Hi Korin - this is to make sure you put in the right name, although with FX9 it is not so much of an issue, it makes sure people don't get scammed.
ie.
 SHIPSOFEVE and SHIPS0FEVE look very similar ingame, but in fact only the first is correct.
shipsofeve and ships0feve (with a zero)
I will change it for fx9 as there is no other combination :)

There should be enough interest with the ships been offered, Between Ebank, Big lottery and other things going on in Eve just the interest in lottery's has slowed down.
I could ask Amber to run a ship race etc... but everything has a cost to it, and with this one I want to try keep the costs down otherwise more tickets would need to sell If I was going to offer more spot prizes, I still have 70 or so Battlecruisers to give away. I fixed it on the front page. Sorry for any confusion. There were people scamming the shipsofeve character, with zeros and D's instead of O's, so by typing it in in lowercase it would mean u couldnt send isk to the wrong person. However, i can't see any combination of letters that would look like FX9 so it is redundant for this lotto.

I feel that it should be known that F900EX's reputation as a neutral party has been damaged today. TL;DR version - he was given a stolen ship to hold as a guarantee for a trade, and decided to hand it back to its original owners (more info can be found here). Regardless of the question of stealing being right or wrong, as a neutral party F900EX should be unbiased and do as he was asked to do - acting on his personal beliefs instead of upholding his neutrality is problematic at best (Eg. F9 could deny you of your winning ticket because your a pirate/griever/goon/bob/etc). I am not suggesting that you should remove your hand from any transaction with him, present or future - however, I am suggesting that you keep this in mind when deciding on if you trust him with your hard earned isk.
And before anybody brings this up - I'm doing this cause I'm bitter about not winning a mom.

Masha, the state raven was not 'stolen' in the first place, it's just a way to raise isk for the owner without appearing so desparate for cash that they're selling their uber-rare boat. This is just a continuation of that ploy.

that cant work though, as they would have made no isk rendering it all pointless, no isk changed hands thus all that happened is 3 different people held the ship, then it returned back to the owner.
a 3rd party should not let things like "how he got the ship" make any impact on the transaction he is meant to be carrying out, If after saying this, i bought a ticket in this lotto, how do i know he wont just decide i should not have the ship? like he did in the last auction.

thats what a 3rd party is MEANT to do! f9 was just getting his rep level up, getting in on some of the big cuts, if you agree, or disagree with the actions in this auction i think he will now lose out on alot of trade.
as maybe he done the right thing, BUT, who is going to want someone to judge if how they got the items is right or wrong? its all right, as its a totally valid style of play.

If prices Titan prices drop any further, I will do my best to reduce how many tickets need to be sold. Problem is the cost of building a Titan is not coming down so regardless any titan seller or builder will not sell them at a loss. think your abit out on your costing there fyi 44 bill (minerals) it costs to build it bpc for the titan are going for 10 bill then u have cost of the component bpc or use of component bpos then there is the moveing of minerals even with compresison etc then u have to hold sov 4 so these are all factors u wont see them drop below 60-65 otherwise it would just be easyer to build dreads and carriers and make more profit,,,, + what 70-80 days to build prolly more 46 days to build it what 30+ to build comps then theres all the messing with freighters moveing minerals and as u say pos fuel and also fittings last time i check dd and bridge were costing about 1 bill

Hey! :) If you look on the site under the HELP! menu (Top right) you can find out how to check why your ticket isnt coming up. Its probably because you are checking in game, and you've rendered your ticket out both times after the purchase.

BTW where it says ticket averages i think thats wrong as this has been running 26 days and it says 95 tickets on avg per day that should be 2470 ish tickets sold

They are, but as mentioned as long people are buying tickets and you guys (ticket holders) support this lottery, there is no reason to end it. Since I have funded the lottery prizes from my own wallet, so I do not have to give any of the ships back since there all owned by myself.
Lot's of more spot prizes to be given out and If I am still monitoring Titan sell prices since a few people had mailed me about it.

He stole the ship from another player that thought he was a trustworthy middleman, the fact that the ship was stolen in the first place means nothing, and many players no longer consider him a person to be trusted to handle such transactions (and maybe the lottery, although the upcoming titan nerf would surely weaken the interest as well)

Some updates for you ticket holders ...
I still keep an eye on the price/s for Avatar's that are sold.
Between today and the weekend several BCs will be given out as spot prizes.
Also some people have asked If they can fly the Guardian Vexor on the Test server (SISI)
So starting after the weekend and to be fair to all ticket holders, what I will do is run a draw for you guys. How it will work is if you name is picked out, you have 42hrs to claim the contract on SISI, If you do not claim it, I will delete the contract and run the draw again. If you accept the contract according to the Test server forum you will have 2+/- weeks (est) to play around with it, since they are purging new mirrors every 2 weeks.
2 Important points.
Remember this is for the TEST SERVER (SISI) only not TQ.
I have NO control over when a new mirror goes up, I am just going on what have been said by CCP over on the Test forum.

Overall lotteries are selling slow, but on the good side Titan prices have remained stable and the Guardian Vexor is worth 10bil more then it was when the lottery started.
Amber does have some events planned in the near future, so I will talk to him about that.
I will keep giving spot prizes out (60 BCs), again as long as you guys support the lottery I will keep on running it.

I am still not showing tickets in the Master List so do you mean today in the year 2010. Can you either sort out the tickets like you are supposed to do as players are buying in good faith or....refund me please so I can enter a lottery that is actually managed.

Totally agree about not giving out the Titan or Guardian Vexor if the lottery was stopped now. Prizes more inline with the ammount of tickets sold.

F9 - Great prizes but it appears that the interest light is almost out on this one.
Maybe time to look at options.
1. Close and refund tickets
a. Start two lotto's one for each item with fewer tickets required for each. :)
2. Just close and refund
3. Set some kind of goal. Example the lotto will be closed and tickets refunded at the end of this month if min not reached. Similar to What Torn did.
4. Say "Screw you" and keep things going as they are. hahaha

Guys it's still on going I'm still here, prizes are ready to be awarded out, but as mentioned it has been slow, but tickets are still selling and in light of that what I will do is since most people seem to be interested in the Guardian Vexor and the fact the last one sold for 25bil I will probably just use that as a 1st prize also give out more battlecruisers as spot prizes, but if I may, I want to wait til BIG finishes his Titan lottery which looks like its ending this month.
Give it a Week or 2 after that and talk with T'amber see if we can come up with some idea that will increase ticket sales.
If not then GV will be offered as 1st prize and any Isk left will be used for other prizes.

Hi Zel,
Besides the other tickets you bought it shows you have 15 tickets from 01603-01617,last ticket you bought before the the other 15tickets ends in 01153 (128 tickets total). Maybe clear your browser cache since I know its happened before.

Hey, the current IGB has issues with caching, and will only show ingame the first version of a file with exactly the same name. Check your tickets out of game if you don't see your tickets ingame.

Update is as follows, 1st Avatar that was secured for this lottery was lost in battle, after that I decided just to get one built (at my cost) so I would not have to worry about not having a Titan or buying one. Worst case was I either use it myself or sell it and made a nice profit.
Over the past few weeks, since my last post on here with the status I have received lots of mails with support to keep it going, I am willing to use the Titan and lower the minimum tickets to what my cost was for it. But again all comes down to people need to buy tickets. Some ticket holders from Torn's Titan lottery have asked if I will going to keep a Titan as 1st prize and if I was they would buy tickets.
I'll figure out what my costs where and lower the minimum tickets that need to sell. After that if there is good support IE people are buying tickets I'll keep it running. If not I will close it out within 2 weeks and just use the GV as 1st prize since it's worth 10bil more then what I paid for it. The winner should be able to sell it for 25-30bil, if they choose to go that route.

At your current minimum ticket number, do you still intend to include all of the secondary prizes? (Carriers, GV, etc) If so, wouldn't you be running this Lottery at a loss to yourself?

As mentioned above Titan was built at my cost, GV was bought sometime ago ( well before the prices there at now), and as for the carriers they will be built for me from the same person who supplied them for the SOE2 lotto, IE Cheap.
I'm not making a huge profit from running this lottery, that was never the intention. Intention is the give people a fair chance of winning a Titan or GV since most lottery's do not give that + as always I do not mind helping people out who are willing to take a chance on winning.
