I've just got "The specified proxy or server node (1001203) is dead" message. all chat channels except "local" are down. And can't join fleets :( Is there any recomendations about it? Or at least ETA?

Is it possible to set an item supply (npc?) on our outpost to sell items at 100 isk? System L7XS-5 . We are trying to test new outpost/sovereignty issues, and it would be nice to have all items "on site" rather then "in around 6 jumps". Freite...
