I had fun, right up until the last mission. The last mission offers you a "choice" between 141000 ISK and 10 RSS probes. On this account, I went with the former - because I didn't know it was the last mission in the chain. This is absurd. My other account is on his way to pick up the probes.
On the whole, the Epic Arc was fun, and wasn't a waste of my time. It was, however, VERY dissappointing. We were promised a "choose your own adventure" with multiple paths to choose. This wasn't there at all. Still, what made it good:
1. Different skill sets required. I liked that there were missions where I had to hack or analyze stuff. That's something I haven't encountered in Level 4s (you get a bit of it in Level 5s and of course in exploration). 2. The challenge and sense of adventure. I liked the unpredictability. Sometimes you just didn't know who would show up or what would be required. 3. I made a decent amount of ISK. I think it comes out to 150 million, not counting mission loot.
Some of the bad:
1. Way too short. 2. Not enough choices 3. The "bonus rewards" were underwhelming and often impossible to get anyway. 4. Overall just feels unfinished.

By the way those RSS probes are worth at least 1mil each, probably more. When CCP gives you a choice and you chose the smaller one I'm not sure its their fault the rewards are underwhelming.

When the Epic Arc is supposed to have multiple branches and 30+ missions, it's not immediately clear that you have reached the last mission in the arc already.

I suggest you take a look at what you get if you go the "good" route with caldari. You get a very nice mobile lab and since a normal mobile lab is worth 90 million, this one will probably be worth even more.

I'm wondering whether they will bother to fix the final reward for this arc as well as the absurd 700000m3 mission.

What are you complaining about? Something as big as 700000m¦ is probably worth more than a +2%HP/+2% Repair implant ...

I don't know for certain, but I don't think that the 7 million units of counterfeit credits can even be reprocessed.

7M counterfeited credits = a freigther load? Did they use bricks to print those credits or what? - Auditing and consulting
