Did I miss some kinda memo where if you were a pirate once all the anti-pirate corps would never hire you? Cause if thats true, 95% of the best pvpers in EVE would have to be rejected by anti-pirate corps. Not wanting to be in an alliance full of them (m0o as part of CA), and get used by them, they left. And here we have experienced pilots selling out their knowledge and services to people who want to learn how to fight better. Where is the similarity? You might of had a credible point if CLS had not hired out these members for a reason.
