Before starting to explain my question/situation, I would like to make two things clear. 1) I understand that the predicament I am in is MY FAULT, and 2) that the solution for my situation will require A LOT of work to overcome. That being said, if after reading my post you feel you can contribute some USEFUL information please post a reply, it will be greatly appreciated.
I have a character that has been running missions with Gallente and Minmatar factions and as a result, has great standing with the afore mentioned factions, but abysmal standing with Caldari and Amarr factions. Infact, my standings with Amarr are so far gone that I am KOS in Amarr space, and I am unable to accept missions from any Caldari or Amarr agent due to my faction standings.
My problem is, I want to move my character into Amarr space and thus, need to improve my standings with Amarr faction. I have tried to look for examples of other people who have had this same problem, but the solutions are unclear.
I have identified a few scenarioÆs that would help me get my Amarr standing back, so that 1) I am not KOS in Amarr space, and 2) so I can accept missions with Amarr affiliation. I am looking for some feedback as to the merit of these options, as well as any other ideas that might help me to remedy my standing issues.
Possible Solutions and Questions: 1.Running missions for Interbus until my Amarr or Caldari standing is high enough to allow me to accept missions from their corporations. (I know which agent I would be using, and this seems a slow but viable option). 2.Handing in tags to DED agents. If I go this route I have a few questions I hope someone can answer: 1) is there a required faction standing to be able to accept the tag missions from DED agents, if so, does anyone know what it is? I understand this option is expensive, but isk is not a primary concern at this point. 3.Doing a lot of ratting. If I choose to go with this option, where is the best place to rat to improve Caldari faction standing?
Thanks in advance for any constructive feedback you may offer!
