I like to remind everyone how the nerf occured.
1. CCP stated intentions to fix all guns.
2. CCP added new tracking and sig/scan? resolution to guns. Extended falloff to compensate.
3. Community uproar over gun inaccuracy.
4. CCP extended falloff of guns further, but mistakenly reduced falloff of projectile Artillery.
So here we sit, not only without the extended falloff of other guns, but in fact with an additional reduction.

I'm all for having a suspicious attitude, but I rather think he meant they wouldn't be address before the Shiva launch... primarily due to the comment about not having enough time.

Very, very funny  I think, if a projectives will not fixed at 1-2 month - i will cancel my subscription and go to other game. May be for http://www.guildwars.com
A game must be fun for playing, but in EVE devs looks too "strange" as for me. Trying to do a much of changes for weapons if you has no time for finishing it all, then broke balance and leaving it "as is", then say "ohh... we have no time for fixing, but it's a funny to see as ppls lost a time (for training a minmatars ship and guns) and ISKs (from losting a BS)"

Just like Hammer said on IRC that all Large turrets were working fine right after that first sig radius change when for about 2 weeks ALL large turrets were totally ******. He swore blind there was nothing wrong and that my/our testing was meaningless as we wasnt seeing the bigger picture. Then after a week or two of people quoting figures they suddenly TomB realised that the whole maths equation being used was bugged

So HMV consider Andy Williams and Dean Martin to be "easy listening" do they? Tell that to my mate Dave, he's been deaf for 20 years.

It may well have been Eight who MADE the change but it was Hammer(head) who refused to even beleive something had gone **** up when I attempted to be polite in IRC and point out some situations which would easily show something was wrong.
It basically went:
In Help channel
Me: I think someone dropped the ball on tracking changes, anyone know if its been reported as borked ?
ISD: Its working like the Devs want it to
Me: Err I dont think so chap, 2 BS's cant hit each other at Optimal range
ISD: Adapt or die, its not broke
Hmmm time to try IRC:
Me: G'day, wondered if anyone else has found Large turrets changes to be slightly borked.
Hammer: It works fine
Me: Try this test and tell me that again pls
Some random tool: STFU Noob, adapt or die. BS whiners make me sick
Me: Someone shut this tool up and lets get back to the gun changes
Hammer: They are NOT broken and will NOT need any fixing, kthxbye.
Random tool: hhahahaah BS pirate whiners ahahaaha
/me gets raged with random tool and goes off on one about how Im actually pretty sure its broke and trying to help.
A week or two later TomB makes post stating what we all knew by then that the changes were bugged and would be fixed ASAP.
/me gloats and plays with myself thinking about how cool I am.
Why I brought this up now I dont know and I was jesting about expecting any apology but I would honestly like someone to tweak the projectiles and stop avoiding the situation.
