I need an "Advanced Research Project Management" Skill

So here are the facts: Research Project Management LV5 Hydromagnetic Physics LV5 Caldari Starship Engeneering LV5 Electromagnetic Physics LV5 Working with 6 LV3 R&D agents from Lai Dai and Ishukone, all above 15 qualitity. I have my "research machine" all oil up and working like clockwork, sucking all the RPs avaiable from each agent. I have reached "perfection" Now i want a "Advanced Research Project Management" Skill, so i can keep up perfecting my research. Rank 20, 100M isk?! I really don't care. I need to move on. Selling Raven BPC ME20 3M at Yulai 1st Station

I've heard people getting tech 2 BPO's on alt chars with the minimum of needed skills and a handful of R&D reseach points. The lottery is a joke atm, and I doubt introducing an Advanced Project Management skill will pay-off for the time & isk players invest in it. You should be rewarded a BPO just for the time and effort you've dedicated to this particular aspect Eve imho.

Small shield extender II Micro shield Booster II Medium shield Booster II Energized Reflective Membrane II So, as you can see sometimes it pays up, although i have 4 agents with 40K RP each in Caldari Starship and nothing yet... But i can't complain, BTW i camed up with a recent idea to use with this "stupid" lottery system, you can check it out here at botton of the page. Today I was offered my first Tech II original blueprint from my research agent - a Helios Blueprint no less. Unfortunately, this happened to be on the Development Server (Sisi) and not Tranquility. When the last mirror was installed on Sisi a few days back, all of my research was cancelled - over 75,000 research points in Gallentian Starship Engineering with this agent. The sad/amusing part is that I recieved this BPO offer after I had to re-start the research, having only a few hundred research points. Anyway I am putting this down to the fact that there are less people researching on Sisi and so this is the reason for it, however, the 'old' bug where people are more likely to get an offer with only a few hundred research points still plays around in my head. Well, as I said in my post, that is what I am going to put it down to. I do, however, sincerly hope that they did get that bug sorted and that I did not witness its resurfacing in the new code.
