stupid small buttons here we go.....
="Conrad"]You can find the CFS Charter here:
http://cfs-eve.org/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=2779
First off, CFS space is still open. Those that fight to protect CFS space will not be subject to any fine, fee etc and nothing changes for them.
Freeloaders, you either need to pay up or leave CFS space. We are goign to start this in Shiva. All the stations in CFS space will now require some standings to dock. In order to get those recognized standings you need to fight when called for in the joint militaries of CFS, DSMA, StA or the respective Querious Defense Force.
If you don't, your subject to the new pass, in which you wil be granted a positive standing so you can use the stations.
I would like to note here, if you simply avoid the stations and are not positive with us, you will be warned to leave. If found again you will lose your indies carrying the raw ore back to empire. If found again, and no pass is bought then your corp will become KOS.
Why are we doing this? Total free space can't work in eve. With our changes we are happy to be the home of friendly corps that do fight to protect free space or that will contribute to the military through minerals.
and as his quote says "freedom has a price"

But u missed one important point!
Currently FA controls the station in CFSspace. They make the rules. They say who¦s able to dock, refine, etc.
How do u want to change this?

you are right, but FA also works together with CFS. They claim the stations, but have still to follow CFS charter.
CFS tell FA corps not beeing able to dock and FA change it. I dont see any problems here. _____________________________________ Dead or Alive

Its not as if CFS can cargo scan every indy that goes through space. It isnt hard to get indies in an out. We did it numerous times and we are KoS. So i don't see how this can be enforced. ---------------

I hope your new CFS friendly corporation Celestial Apocolipse dont kill to many of you once they find out you are pirates by their description.
Since you are making your space closed, and fire on neutrals it is considered piracy by Celest.

i think cfs space isn¦t closed like FA space...
I think it¦s to prevent people building up POS everywhere If people buildt POS everywhere, delve is becoming like Tash. At every moon a station

All lawful corporations, alliances and other entities that substantially assist in providing military support to sa***uard CFS space and uphold the CFS charter will be able to build and use deployables in CFS space. (...) Definition of a deployable: Any type of station built or added to the game, anything that requires deployment or anchoring, and anything that is captureable and or destroyable.
So to get this straight: What does the FA currently "contribute" to the military forces of CFS, StA, DSMA and partners others then a 3,5% refining fee, the total control over all stations in question, the ability to shut down Delve, Querious and Period within, lets say 5minutes?
Just for clarification:
Originally by: CFS Charter
Substantial assistance shall be of such a nature as to be verifiable. Any entity whom dwells in our space must fight to protect it. If any entity chooses not to assist in the protection of our space when asked to at least once a week (this must be verifiable) then that entity loses any privilege to being considered a lawful player and must vacate our space and will be added to the ROS list. This is not limited to those with deployables but to all whom live in CFS space
Lets do some math: how many hours sitting in a Cruiser do i have to spend per week to earn the right to anchor a giant secure container? And how many Ships does the FA needs on duty to earn nearly all stations in CFS? and, additionally, to earn the right to raise a 3.5% tax on their "protÚgÚs"?

i think you miss one important point: If the "plans" Zefram mentioned go off in a particular direction, the space currently known as "CFS Space" might be locked as tight as FA Space, cause it WILL BE FA Space. got me?
Or is it already FA space? Let me think. FA controls nearly all stations, FA raises taxes on every single unit ore refined within their *whoops* CFS space. They control everything in CFS, docking, factories, reproc plants, fitting, cloning. If the FA says ôSNIPö and shuts down all services for non-FA members the CFS and partners are left with? Right, nothing. No reinforcements, no supply, no control.

So getting good standings to dock will take as long as getting a social security payment. First you have to talk to CFS Space reps, then you have to proof or not that you are worth the good standing and next the reps contact the FA-reps to adjust the settings. Yawn...
Good move, but CFSs path is always too long.

Edited by: Loka on 15/10/2004 09:39:22 Have i mentioned i hate ALT posts . Yes FA control the stations, yes FA gets the tax, yes yes yes. But guess what? No one cares?
FA has no military forces in CFS Space, except BA and few finfleet/Xan/big. Why should they close out all? We have good connections with FA corps, why should we have trouble? No one sees the benefit of having FA controling the stations. No other alliances or wannabe alliance try to claim the regions. FA frighten other newcomer alliances and other alliances without home to come down and try to invade CFS space. It doesnt matter if they would be able or not. The fact FA holds the stations, scares most off. And 3,5% isnt very much tbh. But hey iam not CFS, its not my matter, so why should i try to think about any politics. I try to mine my veld out here. And guess what we have really big Veld roids in DELVE _____________________________________ Dead or Alive
