Who cares, it's not viable anyway.
You need mwd to use blasters effectively. And load cn antimatter instead of void unless you're shooting at a bs.

Try a named DC unit. Faction stuff helps a ton as well, but expencive.

Forgot to mention, the void is in there for ratting. And I'd switch out for a MWD for PVP, there's plenty of free PG.

Maybe this is crazy talk cause you'll lose a few hps but why not switch a large ext II for the meta 4 one, not sure if it will net you enough cpu but it's probably close.
