Making high sec "safer". CCP - just come and tell them how it is!!!

So I've started this one with ONE aim. To get CCP to put out a mission statement or similar that explains that high sec is working as intended and they will not be making it impossible to be suicide ganked, removing combat from 1.0 and 0.9 systems or any of the other "solutions" that lazy, AFK "players" (can I call them that if they don't actually sit at the computer and play??) come up with. I read in another thread that a noob is scared of low sec. I was too when I started. Make friends and go an experience what the game has to offer!!! I made friends, got to know it and understand it better and its not so bad. I even created this char to do FW for some PvP which mostly occurs IN LOW SEC!!! Perhaps before a user can even read the EULA and accept that, they need to have answered the following to install EvE "By selecting install, you acknowledge that EvE is a PvP orientated game and that you are not automatically entitled to the presumption of 100% safety when undocked, just various degrees of relative safety." Of course, CCP wouldn't like that as it will scare off their carebear customer base who have come to play their themepark game in a sandbox... Why won't CCP fix the ongoing FW issues? As for buffing Hulks, If you fit nothing but tank on a hulk you get without bonuses 28K EHP, With a Resist link on a Orca 33K. Assuming L5 and so on. Thats enough to stop a couple Cats warping in and 700DPS'ing you. Alas most miners won't fit that cause why would you? So sure, add a bit more EHP, just as along as you change the ship from a shield tanker, to a Hull/Armor one. As with all things eve, balance should be in effect, so you want to be safe from everything but 3 Nados fine but no huge yeild or cargo space for you.

Improving the CPU/PG so that a Hulk can just about squeeze in a meta 4 LSE on the some fit it can currently just about squeeze in a meta 4 MSE, would be fine. It would be a reasonable counter to the improved capability of destroyers and tier 3 BCs. As you say, the "If I can't fit 2 MLUs and 2 T2 Cargo Rigs on my Hulk then it's worthless brigade" will continue to die, whilst those who actually take an interest in their game will be rewarded. Posting on this character because apparently some people get upset when they're asked difficult questions. M.

You can fit a T2 MSE, bringing your EHP to 30k. Without the GSF's bounties, the 4-5 Catalysts it takes to take down 30k EHP before concord arrives represent a loss or at best breakeven expected for the Suicide gankers. (5m/catalyst, 10m loot, 10m salvage) Overheat as soon as they land and you'll have another 2-3k EHP, requiring another catalyst, guaranteeing an expected loss. Add some shield gang boosts from your Orca and you another Catalyst is required. Add a RR BS and the number jumps to about 15 Catalysts, or more likely, 6 Tornadoes (the Reps mean you have to do it in one volley), bringing the cost to gank to 75m (Catalysts) or 380m (Tornadoes). The chance of players offering bounties on ships is not something you can balance based off of. Knowing all that, The Hulk can tank just fine. This is EVE. -á Everybody Versus Everybody.

Assuming L5 and so on. erm if you mean things like shield harmonizing link, you cant fit warfare links to a orca now, doesn't get cpu reduction bonus.
