Welcome back. Some honest words of friendly advice not intented as flamebait.
1. Do have only one person with full hanger access.
2. Don't join any regional alliances
3. Do be selective in who u let in ie learn from the mistakes of the TPS/GN fiasco
4. Dont let Huff rebel again.(3 times rebels? )
5. Dont have any NAPs.
6. Dont try WOW
7. Do Remain pirates
8. Do declare war on Celestial Apocalypse
9. Dont let Darth Solo drive your Car
Anyway whats the remit of FE now anyway for shiva. you going to build POS or kill them?

Maybe we will just wait until Celest builds a POS, and then we will take yours...
Nah i doubt well ever build a POS tbh as that will prob involve mining first. We HATE mining. Dunno what we are gonna do with shiva either. Prob help defend some carebears POS from pirates i guess. Dunno might be boring.
But truth is I have no idea what Shiva will mean for medium sized PVP corps. Its impossible to prepare for. Like the idea of being at war with entire alliances though.
