I am at marauder 4, very proud of my paladin. And I did attack of the drones. Something that I wasnt really wanting to do anyway, but I figure wtf I only need 1 more mission before storyline.
So I accidently set off the triggers, and got warpscrambled, and got killed.
gone a fully fitted paladin with cccII rigs and all kinds of cool stuff.
And I of course almost ragequite then stopped myself. I dont think Ill ever fly another paladin again unless some soul gives me one. But it made me change gears in the game. I think I am done with missioning now, and I may actually start thinking of pvp at now.
So losing this paladin may of been a good thing. Intead of continually missioning for all eternity, I am now going to look for pvp.
This isnt really a rant, or anything. But it does make me feel good, maybe losing my beloved paladin was the best thing that happened to me in this game.

Were you just mentally challenged and fit the wrong hardeners.. forgot to activate them? Seriously.

Still trying to figure out how I lost it as well. to be honest I was distracted because of a phonecall as well, found out my uncle just died of cancer so I wasnt exactly on point. Thier that may actually be the real reason. and Im omw to the hospital now to meet the rest of the family.

If you almost ragequit over mission npc blowing you up then heavens forbid the mental state you will be in once a blob of snarky players kills you and scrambles your pod as they lulz at you in local before finally podding you an uncomfortable amount of time later.

May I introduce to you, the Abaddon. 8 Mega Pulse lasers. Room for tackle, injector and whatever electronic upgrades you please in the mids. With your assumed skills, it will have a base of 60+ armor resists. Slap some trimarks and Tungsten, 3 Heat sinks, maybe a damage control and an AN EANM on that *****, find a pirate corp of choice and get to it. A month in that sucker and you'll loathe that paladin for every ISK you spent on it.
And dont forget the Scorch crystals

ive got a paladin, ive owned abbys.. tbh, theres nothing like stress relief like popping that silly frig orbiting you at 18km with tachys. I lie. Theres nothing like popping that silly cruiser orbiting you at 18km with a single volley

That's funny. BTW I can do every level 4 mission in a T2 fitted Raven for 1/10th the cost and probably faster than a Marauder. Quit now because that is weak.

Marauders are only better than a bog standard t2 fit t1 bs due to the salvage bonus. If you could care less about the salvage and just want to blitz missions for jump clone standings, rewards and lp then they are an exspensive waste of isk.
