Aussies! Kiwis! Armed War Monkeys wants you!
We are currently looking to add a few pilots to our Aussie squadron, the Convict Crew.
Armed War Monkeys are neither criminals *cough* pirates, as some like to call us, nor are we saints.
But, our rules of engagement are rather loose at times. We don't do alliance politics, been there done that, but rather associate informally only with friends.
Basically, we are an independant corp living in 0.0 that does all the things that come with life in 0.0 space.
What we are looking for:
- Aussie time zone players (GMT+8 to +12). If you are in a different timezone but still wish to apply, feel free to do so but our other squads (especially euro) are slowing down with hiring atm.
- Mature Individuals. Not necessarily in age but in character. Most of us are 20+ but there are a few youngens in the mix.
- Discipline. You have to respect our chain of command.
- PvP experience. This is not a requirement but is encouraged. Team players of all sorts will be considered. Yes, we are willing to give people a chance but we aren't seeking total newbs either.
- We expect you to come and join us in 0.0 as we have almost no members in empire.
- Be able to have fun. Because if you take EVE too seriously you're too weird for this corp.
What we can offer you:
- A great bunch of blokes in your time zone to have fun with in Eve.
- Structure. We have a command structure that will coordinate the Squadrons.
- Resources. AWM has a large amount of resources that are available to our members. We make a large selection of ships/modules/ammunition in house. This also includes interceptors and tech2 goodies. We have security systems that protect these assets. However the resources are there for the squadrons use.
- You will be noticed and rewarded. The more effort you put in for the benefit of the corp and your squad the more assistance you can expect when things get tough for you.
- We are here to have fun.
- You get to play with our cuddly amarrian mascot, agentsmitty.
- We have a good number of current and ex military guys in our corp, if that floats your boat.

There is no set pre-requisite of skills, but what is more important is what kinda person you are and how you get along with the rest of us. If you are easy going and enjoy a bit of corp channel smack, you'll fit right in. Everyone accepted will be considered as a trial member for a couple weeks.
