It's mostly back, but it's still buggy. It doesn't show skills in training correctly. When I'm training a skill, the web character sheet usually says the training is already completed, and gives an incorrect level, to boot. This is something that's definitely gonna need ot be fixed before the XML feed comes back.

I made a small converter thingy to update your skills and put them into the ECM character data (for those of you who uses Islay's program).
Might be useful for some of you that want to have up-to-date skills.

cool ecm has now got its xml feed.
got a small prob tho, eve-i site is down and i cant report any bugs such as Gallentian Starship Engineering not appearing in my skill list even tho i have it trained to lvl 1.
am hoping that islay will read this.
