I'm sorry, guys. He really doesn't know what he's saying.
We'll just...
Y'know.
Move along, now :)
*Speaks sternly to Trixis* Why dont you just paint a damned bullseye on your a.s.s., while you're at it, boy? ------------- "Just put down the laser, Give me all your ISKies - And everyone walks out alive. |

Old Konferge here is just mad cause of http://killboard.goonfleet.com/km/400959
He "negotiated" an evac window for 100 million isk and some pos mods plus taking down some important BYRN jump bridge pos's to screw over other retreating byrn corps we kinda said to hell with it and just set up a trap for his Rorqual and now he's a wee bit mad.

Interesting... We had a similar offer from a Morsus Mihi pilot (whether he the offer was a lie or ligit is irrelivent), yet politly declined and took our chances on our own. After all, who's going to trust corps/individules who sell out their own alliance? ...oh wait... goons might... what was that bob directors name again?

Originally by: OninoTimmo Hmm, it indeed is quite a difficult situation that you and your corp were put into. I understand where you are coming from and based on my own previous experiences, I am completely sympathetic to what happened. If you, or other corps in BYRN, are looking to evacuate out of Wicked Creek unhindered and without interference from Goonsies, then I suggest you send an evemail to penifSMASH. He is one of the Directors involved with real estate and space management in the South-East and he can see to it that your corp's assets get out safely. If you are looking to rent space or outright join the alliance, you should speak to him as well. We at GoonSwarm privately thought highly of your corp's PvP prowess.
I do not hope to c u on teh battlefield , considering these unfortunate circumstances. Goonspeed and we look forward to hearing back from you soon.
Remember that time I killed your faction fit vaga in a RAVEN? Good times, good times.

Edited by: Teratoma Smith on 01/09/2009 14:21:00 I'm not going to go condoning spying or other underhanded metagaming techniques - far from it, as I have plenty of honour and honor - but let me tell you that when you have to put up with Konferge for more than a six or perhaps seven minutes you realise that he shouldn't be discounted as one of the many factors - albeit a minor one - behind the fall of byrn.
Edit: placed alongside Trixis, Konferge is a space genius.

Had Konferge put more time and energy into rescuing the alliance instead of getting rich the end might have looked better. Or not.
The only sad part of this failcascade is the many grunts now returning to empire worse off as they were before while a select few CEOs are stealing everything not nailed down. ______________________

Here's the thing about black ops. I just have to be logged and cloaked. While I'm lounging by my pool you're crying about how you can't rat and looking for a place in empire to move to.

Too bad you guys decided to stab TCF in the back. You may have lost your space for a short while everyone was busy elsewhere, but your would already have had your space returned with a bright future ahead. Instead, you got to live for a few more months and now you have no where to go but empire with no friends.(lol Atlas)
Trusting Atlas and believing they would actually lift a finger to help you was a mistake. Thinking that TCF and/or their friends weren't going to return for some payback was a mistake.
I guess in the end though, since you've folded twice with minimal pressure(first to Atlas and now), it's no ones real loss that you are gone. Well, no one's loss except for your membership who had their long term habitation of 0.0 taken away from them by the same leaders who are now robbing them blind. -----------------------------------------------
Are GoonSwarm ever going to be allowed to build up in any way in 0.0 space again? No.

There my be some truth to that but the simple fact is every corp in BYRN at that time were 0.0 corps and whithout a home would have went elsewhere. There may have been 1 or 2 corps left trying to reclaim WC with allies but wouldent have the man power or logistics to hold it again.
Personally I wasent happy with the reset because the TCF and RA guys were pretty cool people. TCF had 1 R64 moon in WC and a few un-occupied stations so all in all it wasent a major loss to them, Elrac could have given them some notice to get there **** out beofre the reset but that was his decision and not what the rest of BYRN wanted.

TNT stayded in wc and killed u guys. In the first half, before we started the POS spam, we had no logistics at all. I stayed for weeks in my bomber, and if i died I had to go to empire to get a new one out. But it's possible if u got the will. But ty for the gf's.

Hopefully, he did not do it. Since I am not sure a lot of people in TCF would have been happy to hear any of you guys telling us to pack our stuff and "get the **** out" as you said. The only thing the it would have changed, is that we would have been back in WC way sooner to kick your ass, most likely.
