that would be kind of cool sort of like a cloaky intercepter sort of thing but not made to tackle but made to do damage. intesting....intresting....

It has a speed so that with a overdrive and nanoed it can go a max of 2000 m/s at level 5 so most people will only be level 4 so only 400% increase.
There is no damage bonuse but a rate of fire so it does lots of damage but only to smaller ships ie. effective against cruisers and frigs but not much else.
It can fit for speed or damage. But not realy both
The power grid and cpu is to complicated for me to figure out :)
And a manticore shield, armor, hull
And this is by no way what it has to be just like a general idea of what "I think it would look like" by all means tear it apart change what u think needs to be changed but please dont just say NO NO NO say WHY WHY WHY. If you say why it can be changed to make it better.
And I have now idea how balanced this is so forgive me.

As it stands the sb cant touch anything smaller than a bc let alone frigs. So i say again y not have a ship that fills that gap between frig and bc damage. Im thinking of a fast ship designed to do damage to cruisers and frigs. It would be designed to swoop in and attack lone frig/cruiser or ones that stray from the group. t2 suppose to be a more specialized ship group this ship would be built solely to go fast and attack cruisers and frigs. Not sniping with cruise missiles more of useing cruise missiles for more damage. Like a cloaking assault frig but not the current broken af, but how they should be *the effectiveness of af are for a different argument*.

Cause im looking at eft right now and with lv. V, 2 damage mods, 2 calefaction rigs, and 3 siege II with javilins in them, o not to mention 3 target painters (so pretty much fitted for max damage) against a caracal with no mods no nothing is doing 247 dps within 40k so 40= weapons fire and drones from other ships if the caracal was to be a differnt ship. and 115 dps from any distance greater than 40k. Now that dps is before any resists from hardners. And your killing cruisers and hacs with a paper thin ship with that dps. If im missing something please tell me?
And if your in a gang of how man sb to kill them would you not just kill them faster if you all where in a different ship? Torps arnt made to attack cruisers and frigs. Thats why I suggesting cruise missiles. If you dont think cruise missiles should be on there, or any concept with the proposed ship then elaborate.

I could not get the projected effects to work when ever I draged them down it gave a small increase to 255 dps at 45km. But I could not get the 400 dps. But if you say that you got that I belive you. Time to go test on sisi :). I retract my previous statement. Its good to know that there are people who read some of the this stuff and test it.
Edit: I figured out the whole 400 dps thing. I'm getting it now on my eft as well.
