Looking to see whats out there.
Ideally a pilot that is cap ready with skills to support it.
Positive faction standing would be a plus, but slight negative would be considered.
Gallente pref but willing to look at Minmatar or Amarr.
As little wasted SP as possible.
My budget is around 11bill isk.

Some nice characters but a few are missing key skills for cap ships.
Tried contacting Entipathy and Heriom without any luck.
Presuming they are no longer interested in selling.
So still looking.
Just want to remind. I'm looking for cap ready pilots with the skills to support them. Ideally focused around one race. Pref in order would be Gallente, Minmatar, Amarr. Max budget is 11billion.
