By any chance do you think tachyons are the best thing to fit on a battleship?
If you really want a useless cruiser try the arbitrator. It has a drone bay of 345 which means its 5m3 off a 7th drone (smallest drone), yet it has a +1 drone control per level, useless. An Omen can use as many drones as an arbitrator, and has a better punch. A maller is a great ship if you go for the ability to tank over the maximum damage potential on the ship. Half hearted setups usually don't work out well, you need to either go for one extreme or another.

What fantasy world do you live in.. Arbitrator has 1500 m3 dronebay. And it's by far the coolest Amarr cruiser.

What fantasy world do you live in.. Arbitrator has 1500 m3 dronebay. And it's by far the coolest Amarr cruiser.

it certainly is :-D
I could even do the mordus mission in my arbitrator! It just kills stuff slowly, then again I could only control 9 drones at a time last I had my arbitrator, if I get my drone skills up I can probally kill quicker :D
