And Ratting is far more lucrative then mission running. At least in Pirate NPC 00

Cat, you've played long enough that you should KNOW that there is always going to be SOMETHING that is better then something else. Otherwise everything would be equal.
Ratting is good isk. But it's also expensive. It costs a lot of ISK to get out to deep 0.0. It's expensive to get ammo/ships out there.
It's also dangerous.

If Ratting in 0.0 is SO much better, then why are not all the 0.0 systems full of ratters.

Rating is "boring", and its not a rehab for pirates.. more like a punishment to be abble to enter high sec again.

doing lvl 4 missions is as awful as signing up for faction warfare... you loose empire standings and cut yourself out of fun...
LvL 4s are FUBARed with standings penalties... I have a strong hostility coming from Gallente and Minmatar, and to travel efficiently I have to pass through their space.
Ratting is wrong from the ground! It should be 'adventure' experience, rather than DUMBed down MACRO reliant chore.
Ratting should be more exciting, dangerous and depend on exploration, simple exploration but not generic 'warp to... lock, warp '

I think they're running level 4 FW missions which involve nothing more than killing one NPC and hten getting xx Loyalty Points. They then buy some of the new goodies on the enhanced (and significantly cheaper) FW Loyalty Point store and sell them on?
...and before the nubbins start whining 'bout FW missions, firstly they are all in low sec and secondly whenever you warp to teh mission it pops an overview beacon up for everyone to see.
Plus, the more said missions are blitzed, the quicker the LP rewards will drop down to nothing due to such a small completion time.
