I could probably come up with a couple of hundred people who think i am an idiot too, that's not gonna make ED suck less, which is in essence what this thread is about. Or was about, before IRC derailed it with their little tirade about how they're better than us cause they got evicted from 0.0 NPC but that's irrelevant because they're a serious spaceholding alliance but they dont hold any sov because that's boring, and they have great schemes for their alliance which is currently falling apart but that doesnt matter cause they will be blue to razor any day now for a free sov ride, etc etc etc. Please come back if you have something juicy though, but that little snippet just made me disappointed. You promised serious drama here :( (Edit - spelling.)

Punt and the rest of Blade had a relationship that wasn't the best while they were still a member, and I think our relationship has actually matured since we've separated; almost like a couple that's divorced, but are still cordial on behalf of the kids (in this case, kids = pvp). Or, maybe I'm just naive as all hell and Punt are going to turn on us any given day. Whichever, but based on your previous track record, I'm not too concerned. (PS: You're whining about my e-honour comment? Seriously? It was proceeded with a white glove face-slap, while quoting a post about pistols at dawn. So, Corps that left Blade. Recently: Space Pioneers - Good terms with CEO, haven't operated with them in a long while. Point of No Return - Still live with, operate with. So, that narrows it down to two possibilities, one of which is irrelevant anyway as they don't fly with us. You're good at being full of ****. Did you fake that chat-log too? We love everyone.

On the one hand, people are saying they're great, they pick themselves back up, they keep on fighting. The other side is saying they're worthless, don't know how to PvP properly, and are cheating idiots. I'm noticing the people who are siding with or backing up ED haven't really seen the most recent version of Ethereal Dawn as they came to Curse, or if they have, were part of the bandwagon of alliances shuffling around with them still. I'm sure they've done some wild and brave things in the war in sov space, but the war is over, and they retreated to NPC 0.0 to regroup. Some alliances followed them for the ride. I'm noticing the people who are calling ED worthless and incompetent are the people who have seen the most recent version of ED in Curse. And not just the people that fought against them either, but the people that flew with them. Take this following list for instance... Kahora Catori Imperium. Volition Cult Ethereal Dawn Intrepid Crossing Sc0rched Earth White Core Alliance Modro Blackguard Coalition The Elders Alliance This list was presented by Proxay in the original post as the people they were fighting, and all except Sc0rched Earth were actively working together, joint comms, joint intel, joint leadership, etc. Pay attention guys. We effectively lost. No we didn't lose stations or sov or any of the tangible in game mechanics you'd come across in sovereign space, but we lost in the idea that we tried to push Blade, Panda and PUNT out of the constellation in order to "secure" it, and were incapable of doing so. This "coalition" that existed between the entities listed above is more appropriately represented by a chicken with its head recently cut off. Hats off to the alliances that fought it well and tried, but it has to be said that Ethereal Dawn contributed very little during their stay. I can say all this with certainty as I flew under their FC's and saw their gang compositions. They did not resemble an entity that gets back up and keeps on fighting (in any sanely competent fashion). Mizztres I have no quarrel with you or your alliance, you guys were great. But face it, we failed to do what we sought to in Curse. Hold your head up and acknowledge it, if only to yourself, and move on. The conflict in Curse was fun, had its ups and downs, and Blade proved to be competent opponents. Something Ethereal Dawn has shown to be incapable of. Be it for lack of leadership, poor existing leadership, the better of the corporations leaving, I'm not sure. Blade took the win, and we in Kahora respect their piloting. <3

I think ED is a terrible alliance ive shot more of them than most of you have but the **** posting and making up numbers on your part makes your coalition even more terrible.
