Have played this as much I have free time. Currently lvl 16
absolutely loving it, crafting stuff like there's no tomorrow. made myself a motorcycle, now going for dune buggy research :)
patches are frequent and make sense.
have to put a longer skill in eve, coz I'll be in FE for at least few months.
I'll be back for sure tho, because there's no other place like eve :D

graphics are medium but gameplay is very fun, never ever build anything in eve since 2004 but focusing on crafting in FE :) very funny and time related like skills in EVE
I recommand you to play it (until realease of DUST 514 and incarna)

just tested some crafting in this game and atm crafting character isn't as realistic option .... that is kinda fail

LOL - I passed you in Oilville the other day (assuming you use the same handle) - I did a double take as a good friend of mine (who may come play FE) always uses Zothique as a name hehe

1. PVE and PVP are kind of separated for the time being. There zones that you can walk into to do pvp. In the future they are looking at doing a bad guy/good guy thing where you can open pvp anywhere. So basically no concord.
2. Your a clone. In fact one quest actually makes fun of you being a clone. Basically your asked to talk to the guy that runs the town and he's a bit miffed with what your doing and he's like "You know normally I would shoot you for your insolence but I know that damned machine would just pop you right back here so I'll take my aggressions out on this guy" and he shoots a peon next to you.

Ya I hadn't actually noticed but its exactly the same respwan method as Eve (except you are reborn in the nearest clone facility).
Story goes the megacorp that owned the grand canyon area was using clones as cheap labour and had all the facilities set up. Now these clones are the 'adventurers' in the world.
The game's single shard approach (server by area) is also developing some parallels - Embry / Oilsville == Jita

Yesterday when some guy asked in a new players chat something EvE related and then dozens of people started to talk about EvE. That was hillarious.

Yeah it was actually getting laggy even for me earlier. Something tells me that Sundays will be the same for them as Jita is for us. Guess its a good thing for me then that Sunday afternoon/evenings is my time for getting chores done or whatever.
Personally though I love reading the whine threads and the threats to drop their dozen accounts if the problem with lag isn't solved yesterday.

some dude lvl 45 told me that some of advanced quests have quotes from games to make the quest funny did u find any like that ?

Not yet. Only real funny quest that I had was in Depot 66 during an instance when the guys like "Now I could kill you right now but I know that damn machine will just spit you out again so No Toe's gets to die instead."
Other than that I've noticed that the quest titles are usually titled as a word play. Like one where a guy wants you to retrieve his mining pick after a fight he had with bladedancers and the name of the quest is Mine! Mine! Mine!
