Hi folks. I posted this in Character Bazaar but it flew off the front page in no time. Hoping I might get more of a response here.
I'm skilling this character for sale, but I don't need the ISK quite yet so I'm curious as to what additional skills would improve his value.

He's got 5/4 in all learning except charisma.
Can fly a hulk in another few hours.
+3 implants (except charisma)
If you're out looking for a hulk pilot, what would make it worth more to you? Additional industry? Freighter pilot? Topped up drone skills?

Train as many of the ore processing skills up to 4 as possible, so the character can use T2 crystals. People hate to train those up and tend to pay a little more for it.
Better Drone & Shield tanking skills would be good if you want to attract 0.0 buyers, Needs to be able to fit a decent deadspace tank to handle the rats.
Minimal Leadership skills wouldn't hurt either. The Hulk pilot can gang with his hauler or tank and get a free yield boost.

How much are you looking to sell him for, I would be interested in buying a 3rd hulk pilot in the next few weeks or a 4th one maybe in a few months

Not having much experience with shield tanking, what mods would represent a T2 shield tank for a Hulk? Med or small shield extender? Med or small shield booster? Looks like I'd be looking at Shield Operations and Shield Upgrades up to at least IV. Any others?

usually you go with a faction/dead space small shield booster and invuls IIs.

I wasn't familiar with shield tanks either so I used the Battleclinic loadouts in Evemon and went from there.
Character prices are so low right now that I've just continued skilling up my Orca/Hulk alt that should have been on sale two months ago... T2 crystals are a good idea and it seems quite a few people want Exhumers 5.

Right now it is a bit of a waiting game. Prices are down but there is still a market for miners. I would try to look at who might be wanting a miner and what they want. High sec belt miners have different needs than a 0.0 miner.
If you want the character to go to 0.0 miner then you need at least all t1-t2 mining crystals.
With the band on macro miners and the huge increase in prices on ice products ice mining 5 is not a bad option for a mack pilot.
As stated exhumer 5 is desirable for either belt or ice mining. Being able to use shield rigs would not hurt you, but more important is a shield tank.
Cyber 3-5 helps, cyber 3 allows 3% yield or ice mining cycle time. Cyber 5 for the 5% yield/cycle time implant and opens all implants.
As said earlier t2 drones usually adds interest in a character.
