A corp Mate of mine recently got his harvys stolen, when he got bumped from the server, and was forced to relog , now I am wondering how we can exact retribution on a thief that is in a NPC corp (as we cant declare war on him), I am willing to tackle "bump and grind style"  does anyone know how long it takes concord to respond to a act of threat, also does concord flag me for say warp scrambling , any help would be much appreciated

well i could tell u but that might be breaking the rules so guess not. Yes concord will smack u for scrambling

Concord will respond within a few seconds.
And yes warp scrambling is a hostile act.
Just bring out all your corp m8's prepare to waste your ship. All open fire on his ass. Try to get his ship with everybody's first volley.
See his ship blow up, and then yours shortly after that.
Additionaly have one of your buddy's not participating in the fight pick up his loot.

As a salvager i consider what he did as theivery... a true salvager (what you call 'garbage man') would at least inform the dumper of their intentions and make sure that the stuff is garbage. If it is not garbage then he should respond as a true salvager and return them.

Yes vogon I am sry that u have claimed that u r an honor worthy person in real life, for as a practioner of martial arts my self I choose and know that a person w/ "honor" in rl does not choose to mirror thing in games that he would not consider up to stander of morals in rl, so I consider u a liar and dont claim to have things in rl that u do not. Just continue to be a petty thief, i pity u and wish u the best of life, and hopefully ur mother will give u more love as u r desperately in need of someones love

Epofhis - Which part of Massively multiplayer on line 'role play'don't you understand ? This ISN'T real life. For all any of us know Vogon is the local magistrate or something. Vogon himself knows what I do in RL, which may suprise a lot of people.
This has absolutely nothing to do with RL honour. In fact, it has nothing to with RL full stop. EVE is a fantasy world, where we can come and play after a hard day at work in RL, where the vast majority of us (including myself and Vogon) lead normal, moral lives.
This has nothing to do with Vogon's real life morals and everything to do with your own lack of imagination. Your inability to make the distinction between the two worlds is the problem here, not Vogon's antics.
