Ran off with 2.7bil of mine, said he had computer issues and character would be transferred today.
Then someone caught him in another post about 8 hours later trying to sell his character again, luckily he saw my old post of him.
Anyway, I'm sitting here waiting for petitions to go through, just a giving a heads up because it looks like he might try it again.

Yeah, I never expected it at all. He joined NPC corp during conversation, everything seemed legit.
Why would people even attempt this when it specifically says it's prohibited in the rules.
Anyone have experience with this and know how long it takes for the petition / investigation to go through?

Yeah I guess its just a matter of time now. It just gets annoying when you sell a character to get a new one, then you lose all the ISK you have and are forced to sit around waiting...
Worst thing is I just saw him log on and off.
I know you're reading this Veil, return the ISK and save yourself the trouble.

yeah, I have screenshots of the whole process and the ISK transfer was labeled as "character sale" - so he cant just say it was a donation.
didnt think of bringing it to the next level with a couple minutes of video :-p

So I'm definitely not getting his character.
He said he already bought another character with the ISK I gave him.
From what I've researched through searching through other issues like this, his character is going to get a big fat negative 2.7bil value in it?
This is just insane. Are there really this many petitions going through their system? or is it just a lack of manpower to deal with the ones they get.
edit: and wth is Veil saying "thx" to?

Yeah I know what you mean. Can only do so much from our standpoint.
And somehow I think he's ****ed, he said a couple things to me in chinese, had them translated by people in game. Basically along the lines of "f**k your mom" "youre thick" etc.
Maybe these posts got to him somehow, here's me hoping he really does get banned at the end of all this.

3 days, no response at all.
this is ridiculous.
this is the most frustrated I've ever been with a game company, even WoW would only take me 1-2hours on the phone to get whatever issue I have resolved. Hell, even SOE was faster response than this.
