Personally I can't understand why the NPC corp's have a 0% taxation rate ... seems to be a very poor business model in my opinion.

Youre not welcome. CCP doesnt place security in our hands they place it in the hands of ******ed predictable AI bots named Concord. Concord needs to be player controlled, so Player VS Player can happen, and the fight between good and evil can begin. Until then its the fight between pirate and predicatable AI game mechanics. Other words, shooting fish in a barrel, which undeniably attracts the fish barrel shooting crowd. You cant ask the missle maker to shoot the missles, thats not how civilization works and exactly how eve does.

Seriously, CONCORD pwns anyone who crosses the line, no matter their intent. Understand the mechanics and benefit, be a moron and go POP to many much lulz. And CONCORD covers a very small part of the universe. If the bad powicemens makes you Q.Q, use wardecs or go where they can't molester you anymore.

The reality of this is that the OP hasn't a clue what he is talking about, I have a 2 man mining/research corp with my alts, it has been wardecced by pubescent griefers 3 times so far, I also have a good skilled pvp toon in a starter corp.
Series of play, get decced, wait for 24 hrs and apply to join my research corp with pvp toon, search out corp fly around their mining op and okay application, wipe the griefers off the map, podding as many as I can, get retraction of war dec and then war dec them, by that time my 0.0 alliance has joined their pvp toons ( in NPC corps) to my research corp and we hound the griefers till they cry.
Them tears are delicious.

Stay out of the NPC corp and have your pvp/research/manufacturing in one corp.
You could not of had soo much fun if you where in a NPC corp. Make a small alliance and then you are safer. Your response will increase. No one likes to be bullied.

Why on earth should I do that, my "not as well trained" pvp pilot stays in an NPC corp in case of griefers, he can join and be kicked immediately, griefers are looking for new 1/2 man corps and can check members ages/stats.
If they see my main 04 char in there, they won't dec that corp, anyways that toon is in a 0.0 corp, if they see my 08 pvp char with kill board stats, they won't dec that corp but if they see 1/2 new members with no traceable kill-board stats then they think they have a soft target.
As I said horses for courses, this is my tactic and it works, griefers hate a fairer fight and will run if there is any chance that they could be hurt, I intend to hurt them and keep hurting them until I have my satisfaction, then maybe they will think twice about targeting that next research corp.
Also using the apply to corp and hunting the griefers down you can be within targeting range and all it takes is a click from the CEO to make 'em flash red.........
