Yes. You are not alone. Everyone is experiencing lag.
So it's time to put that long skill training, and come back in 3-6 decades once they've invented quantum computing :)

No they have just to test more accurately their patches before boring us with them

indeed. on the weekend w/ the few hours i have available to 'play' is my favorite time for the servers to have issues that prevent me from playing. I guess i'll go adjust my eyes to natural sunlight. Anything else > eve.

You try simulating the load of 50k people on a cluster like TQ... You'll be rich if you can think of how to do that.
There is just no way you can test EVE 100% before it goes live.

it can be done...but its expensive...therefore...not done
