AM I MISSING SOMETHING HERE ? SEEMS LIKE, IN GM'S OPINION, IF A BUG IS "A KNOWN ISSUE", ITS NOT A BUG ANYMORE ?

As for the topic at hand, reimbursement guy is probably not the same as 'is this a bug?' guy. Let them do their jobs, whining on the forums wont make it happen faster

actually im posting because a collegue of mine who was involved in the same fight and lost because of the same bug filed his petition about the same time and now he got the "there are no logs" final answer from a senior GM, that makes me think its only a matter of hours before i get the same result. The question is, who does not do his job, the GM that acknowledged the bug and hypnotized himself into thinking he did not, or the senior GM who does not want to read the postings ?
Or, as the topic says, am i missing something ?

Problem. Devs don't like caps in wormholes. Solution. Create problems for caps in wormholes and call it a known issue so they are not technically lying.
