you'll need different fittings for solo pvp, fleet pvp and npc hunting.
I wouldn't suggest Caracal for PvP

Why wouldnt you sugest caracal for PVP ? Its a very good anti frig platform.

Caracal is very nice, try fitting dual webifiers, I got alot of interceptor kills with one of those. They are pretty good vs cruisers aswell. And decent against BS if your in a fleet, sit back and spam.
I love the cara.

BB solo/utility setup.
3 Launchers, 1 x med nos/250mm rail gun.
20k Warp Scramble, 4 x damp, 1 x sensor booster.
400mm plate, medium repairer.
Say what you like, but it works very well against just about anything when you are solo / in a group of two.
In medium engagements with more than 1 enemy BS, you can reposition yourself ~100km away from the fight, and sensor dampen from that range. This is an excellent setup if your gang is fighting against a fleet with 1 jammer, as he can be disabled from long range. Most ships wont be able to target more than about 5km against this setup.
Moving into a larger fleet support setup (and this is really tailored for removing EW scorps from the fight).
hi slots - doesnt matter, as they probably wont be used (defenders / rockets could be useful though).
1or2 x sensor booster, 3 x multis, 1or2 x caldari jammer.
Cap relays in low slot.
You can sit out at 100 or 140km (depending on number of sensor boosters) and jam away. You could also fit 4 or 5 multis, but on a BB your cap is drained very fast.
