Why in the name of all that is holy is it impossible to stack crystals after use?? 
When you have a Harbinger with 7 lasers and have 3 different types of crystals in cargo, it is getting VERY messy with 21 crystals in the cargobay.
So again... WHYYYYYY????

You are using tech 2 or faction crystals, right?
I would think its because they are damaged that you cannot stack them.

No, they are brand new and unused..
When i buy them, i get them stacked. But as soon as i fit them, and then unfit them i cant repack them again. Its the same with both faction and standard.

ccp can easily fix this for us whit giving us the ability to repaire crystals as we can to any mod in game

Only faction and T2 crystals get any sort of damage when loaded. Damage to crystals is what prevents contracting/stacking. Faction crystals can be reprocessed, T2 cannot.
If you are using regular crystals and they don't auto-stack on unload then stack them manually by right click menu. Note that Navy Crystals count as faction.

The crystals aint damaged, i just fitted/unfitted them to check difference in cap-usage.
Or do they get damaged as soon as u fit them?

I thought i was going insane here. Well, guess ill ride around with 21 coloured balls in my cargo for a while then
