Using navy megathron but eventually a kronos...just not osure what ammo type to use....i realize that mostly it effects damage to range ratios bout could use some good advice
i sometimes mission with my caldari golem buddy on level4's also

Faction ammo for missions? I wouldn't recommend that, just stick to regular antimatter. (or higher range types if needed)

You get 15% more damage with faction ammo but missions burn through ammo very fast and the cost of getting all that faction ammo usually supersedes the improvement in completion time of a mission.
Tech II or regular Tech I is the most efficient.

Faction ammo isn't as much of an issue with Marauders, and it especially isn't an issue if you are flying Amarr.
Until you get into a Kronos, use Antimatter. Then we'll talk =P

Just use regular ammo unless you don't want to make isk while running missions.
Spike can be nice too but I never see an application for it.
Also... LMAO at the juxtaposition of your avatar and name. nice one :)

Don't know about rails. I say, use the faction equivalent of whatever you use anyhow.
Personally, I use Fed Antimatter in my blaster Mega for missions. Costly? Not really, I use maybe 2k rounds a mission, and make far more than that doing the mission (along with bounties, loot and salvage of course).
Could I use cheaper ammo and save money? Of course I could, but using my LP and 2.4m isk from one mission (rewards, bonus money for instance), for ammo for two missions +, and cutting down on running time... worth it for me.
