This is an auction for a Buzzard T2 BPO
It is located in high-sec (Lonetrek) and is ME/PE'ed to a good level.
Start Bid: 30b (also reserve)
Increments: 1b
Buyout : Prefer to let it run it's course so let's say 65b - [given recent developments the only other thing I may consider is an Erberus in trade  ]
Sniper: 10mins (meaning any bid within 10mins of auction end prolongs the auction for another 10mins)
End Date: Sunday 20th Sep. 20:00 ET
All bids must be 'real' characters (or supported by a mail ingame if you must use an alt)
All bids must be made here.
No Convos pls (auto-reject will be on) but if you have any questions pls ask here or mail me.
Info for potentioal bidders:
You can POS build approx. 40 of these per week.
Current build cost (Jita): just under 10m, less if you source competitively.
Sell price: pretty stable at 20m, sometimes under, sometime over... more if you move your stock of course.
To me that means - 40*10m*52wks = approx. 20b profit per year
Current T2 BPO trends seem to value at 3yrs or more making the start bid reasonable I think.
It's a very nice BPO with great demand especially since WH's came in.
Low maintenance in terms of stock investment and logistics.

I calculate the ships built at a POS would be 34 a week, with a 11M build cost and 20M sale price leading to...
15.9B / year. Still not shabby.
I'll put in a 30B starting bid, subject to funding.

It's definately 40 per week as I have done that every week for a few years now.
Perhaps the PE level and the 4% implant is making the difference...
10m +/- 0.5m has pretty much been the build cost since the moon min rise after the exploit fix a while back.

Forgot to say but I know the timespan is somewhat short.

Thanks for the recent bids.
Relevant people have mail.
I too like to see auctions run to the end but I will explore the Erebus suggestion as I did mention it in the OP.
I have had a couple of mails asking for a longer auction. If you would like to add your voice to that then pls mail or post here as soon as possible.
In hindsight the auction should have run another week as I know a good many people have access to the relevant amount of isk, just need a little time to be able to free it up.
Nevertheless I will consider all the info I have tomorrow and make the decision then.

Auction continues and WILL finish tomorrow Sun 20th.
I have had mails both ways but I think it is appropriate to stick to the original date I set out.
If you need a few extra days to put the isk together once you have 'won' not a problem, but please do not unnecessarily overextend yourself and then ask for a month to put the isk together. Think more a week at the very most please.
For the winner this print ends production on Tuesday morning.
I would have let the auction run until that time but I'm pretty sure Tuesday morning auction finishes are not in anyone's interest.
Hopefully you are courteous enough to respect this fact and allow me to complete this last build.
