What makes us different is this . . .
We donÆt want to control you, or dissolve you. We donÆt want your corp to merge with any others, nor do we want to put our hands in your cookie jar and steel all your hard earned goodies like so many others 
On the contrary we WANT TO INVEST TIME AND REAL INGAME ISK in YOUR corporation. Because we know that it will make YOU stronger. And when your stronger, the alliance is stronger . . .
And we wonÆt ever tell you how to run YOUR corporation . . .
See, thatÆs pretty freakin unique isnÆt?
Now that I have your attention Ill get to all the boring diplomatic stuff . . . 
We are not a starter alliance, we have hundreds of active members from all professions of New Eden, with more corporations pending for acceptance as I am writing this thread.

I am the executor of Reign:
My take on this game is that it should 1.) be fun to play and 2.) The more people we have the more fun we are all going to have. Our aim is to unite pilots of all professions, we train PVPÆers, we support industry operations, WH opÆs, low sec roams, wardecs and 0.0 combat opts. And we actually make it work for all parties involved . . . .
In shortà we actually play this game the way it was intended to be played.
What exactly our like minded goal?

Very soon, POS bashing mega-fleets in null sec will need something far more comprehensive to help them maintain their space and make it valuable. Moon minerals will be worth less, and everyone will need to physically invest TIME and ISK in the 0.0 spaces in which they inhabit, in order to make it valuable. To do so, they will need pilots capable of hosting these new null-space obligations.
AND WE ARE GOING TO BE READY WHEN THAT HAPPENS . . .
The REIGN Alliance is being quietly and slowly groomed for the upcoming DOMINION expansions. And THIS is YOUR foot in the door to nullsec. Null sec with out rent, without POS bashing, and it will eventually lead to sovereignty in some way, shape or form. Together we will REIGN . . .

Seems like we're of the same mind about Dominion. I'm a 6 year player closing in on 100m SP. My corp mates and I have lived successfully in 0.0, but didn't like the mechanics, so we've spent most of our careers in empire. We see an opportunity to play the game "our way" out in 0.0 with the coming changes, and we're looking to join up with others who see the same opportunity.
